'Muddle through' is the phrase? In true bureaucratic style I expect it to be a tad messy and long winded. We'll get there eventually though.
Why sparing others? The flood of economical emmigrants is the reason. Money never rains in any part of the world.
I highly doubt they will schedule another one during Brexit negotiations.
Scotland should be allowed to stay in. It benefits Scotland to be in the union even though England suffers for it.
If Scotland is not allowed by the UK to remain in the EU, then Scotland should go independent. That's my two cents.
I highly doubt a lot of things. Actually, one article I read said that the vote won't happen until well after Brexit is complete. The Scots still have hope Brexit won't happen, even though it is in vain.
If it does happen it will be because of Brexit. There is no other reason why the Scots would wish to become independent.
This proves that the UK has some sensible politicians.
This professor was right about Farron and backs up John Redwood’s opinion.
No wonder the EU is panicking.
That said, I'm rather ashamed to admit that I'm fairly uninformed on the Brexit issue and hold a bias against it primarily because of a bias against nationalism and a visceral contempt for nativism.
As a meta-comment, the discussion here has been a lot more informative and reasoned than what we're now seeing in the USA. I've learned something more about Brexit and the arguments around it than I knew before and for an internet forum thread discussing politics and economics, that's close to a divine miracle.
Thanks for sharing.Yes, the fact that you are uninformed shines through with the magnitude of Sol. If you believe the "BrExit" vote to be nationalistic and nativistic, then you are beyond the realms of future education. Readers of classical economics, such as myself, who voted for BrExit, would be in aghast at such stupidity present in this comment.
Thanks for sharing.
Point taken. Good talk. Cheers ...Why is exiting from a political union (la BrExit) nationalistic?
Someone has got to represent the 48% that seem to be being ignored.

Oh yes. But it is quite a large number to ignore.Didn't the 48% lose though?
