A coalition government would suit me. Just as long as the Tory Scum are out.Starker is leader of what exactly?,labour are their weakest for years which is a shame because a strong opposition is good for parliament.

I am supporting the EU all the way. The UK? A thorn in the side of stabity unity and progress.
Check da recent polling. Tories in the ****. That corruption ****storm. Last time that happened. New Labour won a landslide victory.
Wanna make it interesting? Say a £50 Amazon voucher. On a Tory loss of government? Go on.Well you can dream I guess

That is one issue, the other is the fractured nature of the left. - if you add Labour, SNP, Liberal and Green parties together you get an overwhelming majority. PR is the only hope for the UK - The Tories won a landslide with something like 43,8% of the vote. That can't be right.Unfortunately, plenty of people on the centre-left have spent the past 10 years telling a large proportion of the traditional Labour base that they are stupid, racist morons who can't think for themselves, get fooled by 'right wing media' and only reason they could possibly disagree with the 'superior' educated professional half is because they are far too stupid and ignorant to realise why they are 'objectively' wrong.
No matter how corrupt and inept the Tories are, that's a ****ing big hill to climb.
Unfortunately the urban professional part of the Labour base is far too deluded and self-righteous to realise how they keep contributing to their own defeat so double down and triple down on it.
By far the best campaigners for Brexit and the Tories have been one half of the traditional Labour base very publicly displaying they despise everything about the other half.
Blair didn't have to deal with this and made a major attempt to appeal to exactly the kind of 'scum' that Labour Remainers have clearly shown they hate.
Maybe the Tories will be inept enough to lose, but wouldn't count my chickens...
I don't expect a Labour victory. However, I do expect a hung parliament and with any luck, a left wing coalition government formed by the SNP Labour and the Greens. Here's hoping.Unfortunately, plenty of people on the centre-left have spent the past 10 years telling a large proportion of the traditional Labour base that they are stupid, racist morons who can't think for themselves, get fooled by 'right wing media' and only reason they could possibly disagree with the 'superior' educated professional half is because they are far too stupid and ignorant to realise why they are 'objectively' wrong.

Greens will struggle to get more than one seat with the current FPP system.I don't expect a Labour victory. However, I do expect a hung parliament and with any luck, a left wing coalition government formed by the SNP Labour and the Greens. Here's hoping.
Well if they entered into an electoral pact with Labour. IE Not contest seats a split vote could let the Tories win a fptp majority in. That would help.Greens will struggle to get more than one seat with the current FPP system.
That is my preferred way forward but I fear Labour will not go for it.Well if they entered into an electoral pact with Labour. IE Not contest seats a split vote could let the Tories win a fptp majority in. That would help.
They won't want to. They're hoping the Tories will hang themselves. Which to be fair, they've been doing a remarkably good of job of recently. That is my preferred way forward but I fear Labour will not go for it.
If only the words election victory and Labour could be said in the same sentence more frequently than the historical record shows. That is one issue, the other is the fractured nature of the left. - if you add Labour, SNP, Liberal and Green parties together you get an overwhelming majority.
