Perhaps before posting about taxonomy, you should educate yourself in taxonomy. Apes (hominoidea) is a superfamily, not a species. Man (homo sapiens) is a species.

That has nothing to do with "Darwinism". The definition of the scientific term ape implicitly includes human beings (along with monkeys, gorillas, chimps etc.), in the same way that the term mammal includes apes (along with horses, dogs, cats etc.) and the term animal includes mammals (along with fish, birds, lizards etc.).

Thus, there was no evolution from animal to human.

Nobody claims evolution from animal to human. Try again. You can't dismiss any theory if you don't understand what it actually says.

Have you ever seen the movie “Duck Soup”? It stars the Marx Brothers. There is a very famous trial scene in the movie where Groucho addresses remarks to a jury regarding the character played his brother Chico which are quite appapros to you and the thoughts you have presented here.
