Yes steamed food will keep the nutrients that is true
My cholesterol are way to high and they discover that my liver did not function proper, so some kind of fat attached to it. So even i have eaten vegetarian food for a longer time, a vegan diet should be even better they said. If not i would need to take some chemical made medicine, and i did not want that.Nice list. No wheat or corn or any other cereal? There are so many, with gluten as well as gluten free. Why did you need to go to a dietician?
Actually, i love raw foodAfter you have chewed on enough raw carrots you may be glad of a bit of steaming
Since my visit to the doctor last week i been doing some research and tried combination of foods.
So here is a list of what my diet will be from now on.
Carrots
Radish
Spring onions
Red onions
Sun-dried tomato
Tomatoes
Paprika
Broccoli
Cucumber
Avocado
Apple
Orange
Banana
grapes
Blueberry
Raspberry
Strawberry
Kiwi
Peas and beans

The list will probably get longer too
Beans are full of proteinSounds like a good recipe for a protein deficiency.
Yes, I agree with your last sentence. Veg. Diet is better, though I am non-veg, subserviant to taste. White meat will not do for me, it has to be red. I am not too sure about Cholesterol. I had something like 250. Later doctors said only 150 is safe. My son has some 450, and he is perfectly healthy. Basically, I don't care at my age of 76+.My cholesterol are way to high and they discover that my liver did not function proper, so some kind of fat attached to it. Don’t forget almond milk. I much prefer unsweetened almond milk.Hehe yes i will be eating a strict vegan diet, but it is needed for my health.
Ad i am allergic to a lot of milk products, so the alternative is Soy milk or rice milk
