Be who ever you want
Nice list. No wheat or corn or any other cereal? There are so many, with gluten as well as gluten free. Why did you need to go to a dietician?
My cholesterol are way to high and they discover that my liver did not function proper, so some kind of fat attached to it. So even i have eaten vegetarian food for a longer time, a vegan diet should be even better they said. If not i would need to take some chemical made medicine, and i did not want that.

Yes the list i put in OP is not a finish list, i do see there are missing many things there

Yes, I agree with your last sentence. Veg. Diet is better, though I am non-veg, subserviant to taste. White meat will not do for me, it has to be red. I am not too sure about Cholesterol. I had something like 250. Later doctors said only 150 is safe. My son has some 450, and he is perfectly healthy. Basically, I don't care at my age of 76+.

Hehe yes i will be eating a strict vegan diet, but it is needed for my health.
Ad i am allergic to a lot of milk products, so the alternative is Soy milk or rice milk
Don’t forget almond milk. I much prefer unsweetened almond milk.

Why does dairy cause teeth problems?

It is controversial but dairy products can possibly encourage damaging microbial growth in the mouth, especially if combined with sugar. I may provide reference in the future.

Stir fried bunny rabbit will not cause tooth decay.
