Neutering Female Cartoon Characters

We all know the reboot of The Powerpuff Girls sux.
The interesting humor, great villains, & the almost Rocky & Bullwinkle appeal to adults....it's all gone.
But channel surfing, I happened upon it, & noticed something odd....
The elementary school teacher, Miss Keane, no longer has tits.
And the Mayor's buxom brain trust, Sara Bellam has been completely written out.
(Note that Miss Bellam's hyper-reubenesque body was a parody.)
The women have haven't been just desexualized, they've been desexed....body parts eliminated.

I don't know how widespread this phenomenon is in other toons,
but is this an elimination of normal sexual characteristics?
Is it out of prudery or some perverse political correctness?
Betty Boop would never make it today.

You might wonder....
Who cares about such worthless crap?
I do!

I literally found out about the new PPG a few days ago and I wanted to scream.

That is all.

There are alternatives that not only do not desexualize or desex wimmen but celebrate their femininity and sexual liberation.

I didn't even know this happened.
Well, by "we" I meant humans.
No one expects aliens to be this culturally aware.

Let's just hope the reboot doesn't introduce any new characters.....

Barbie's diverse makeover attacked by women as forcing 'adult hang ups on kids' | Daily Mail Online

Barbie could yet come in something other than size zero...

Does Plus-Size Barbie Promote Obesity?

When you type "politically correct Barbie" into google images looking for a joke for a thread and get actual- real- serious results, you know the world has gone nuts. The long march of cultural Marxism continues...

Having a wider selection of body types doesn't bother me.
It's amusing....but not a problem.
But poor Miss Keane....they took her titties away!

Maybe she got the big C and had to get a double mastectomy. Maybe this happened because she lost her healthcare and the government defunded the place that provided mammograms?

You jest, but that's actually been a topic of discussion (by those of us with no life).
There was no double mastectomy episode. After all, that would've forced them
to disclose that women have tits.

I once had the Power Puff board game. When my wife saw the Cerebellum character piece, she thought the game was damaged because the playing piece had no head.

Dammit, I demand they make a Barbie with piercings everywhere, tattoos and gothic leather outfits!

I'd recommend steering them towards the pre-reboot shows.
I wonder what they'd think of the change?
Kids are surprising.
