Because since i was born had knowledge of it; then read many religions to confirm what have always known. If the answer is "yes", how do you know?
No, if the beliefs are opposite, I don't see how they can both be trueIs that what you think?
If the answer is "yes", how do you know?
If the answer is "yes", how do you know?
Do you know your religion is true?
I do not understand the question; what do you mean by "true"?If the answer is "yes", how do you know?
No. Furthermore, I don't think anybody else does either. On the other hand, I have pretty much dismissed all other religions as being "truer" than mine, so I'm very content with the religion I have.If the answer is "yes", how do you know?
By truth I mean opposite of falsehood
I do not understand the question; what do you mean by "true"?
My spiritual-religious system does not involve faith in fantastical afterlife scenarios or creation stories; the only faith required is faith in one's own abilities. The deities of my spiritual-religious system can be embraced and experienced by theists or atheists alike. Holy books are interpreted as combinations of history, allegory, metaphor, and esoteric insights about nature and human Nature; the primary purpose of reading them being to extract and utilize the strength, power, wisdom, and beauty contained within... and to draw motivation and inspiration to fulfill one's goals and ambitions.
What exactly can be considered "true" or "false" about any of this?
And when Christians disagree on how to interpret Scripture (like they so often do) how do we discern who has the Holy Spirit?Christians know Jesus and that He is true because the Holy Spirit reveals truth to us.
So from your perspective, what exactly can be considered "true" or "false" about the things I mentioned above?By truth I mean opposite of falsehood
Tell me about your DeitiesSo from your perspective, what exactly can be considered "true" or "false" about the things I mentioned above?
I take that as a challenge!Yes, deism is true. I know because it is based on personal observations and no one can refute them.
I take that as a challenge!
No, you're wrong! Your personal experiences mean NOTHING! My personal experiences tell me that this is TRUTH!
And when Christians disagree on how to interpret Scripture (like they so often do) how do we discern who has the Holy Spirit?
The purpose of any religious practice should be for the purpose of the expansion of consciousness. And if two people have opposite beliefs, and they both know their right, they both must be right.
Ha! Got you there! I don't have to prove it, because it's MY personal observation and experience!Prove it.
