  • Hey Vouthon. My pleasure, I don't frubal you nearly enough considering the top class posts you make ;) It's a pleasure reading you.
Heh, well, I just figure at this point we agree with nearly everything the other says... so while it's nice to give and get them, I'll just expect I got the biggest frubal of them all, your genuine interest and respect and you mine. :namaste

Your posts are different than mine, but we're a pretty good team per knowledge and delivery. :D

    One Love, Ras Vouthon
Thanks for the frubal, Brother :namaste

We said that creed this morning at Morning Prayer, so it was on the tip of my mind, when this came up.
Pax, Vouthon, Brother, Friend.... You've given me so much, a frubal isn't anything in comparison.
Canada has a lot of trees, so when rivers are low, danger is high.
Sun does the trick for sure. :D
The Episcopal Church of America is, surprisingly liberal or vast in their approach,
    yet somehow really traditional.
Although they are generally more protestant, but there are also so really high churches as well.
Forward Day by Day is the publication, if you want to look it up.
They have a refreshing view imo. And a healthy dose of social justice.

    Reading anything interesting lately?

My Priest has invited my to a book study, with an aspiring to the ministry, student from the
    theology school in Halifax.
'Origen: On Prayer' is the book.
We're starting at 6 am for silent prayer, then Eucharist and then the study... all before 8:30! LOL.
Quite a nice exercise I'm looking to happen.
That will only be on Thursdays though,
but I'm considering trying to get in the flow for the summer months.

    Peace.
Ah, I just think NO FOREST FIRES... I hope :D
Today was Trinity Sunday and I always enjoy the reflections on that mystery essence which binds the persons of the Trinity.
    Truly something to meditate upon.
I read about this 'koan'.... actually.... I read that in the Episcopal Church's 'Forward Day by Day Devotional', which is the cousin church in the States, and that struck me too.
Paradox is nearly always the best answer :D
It also mentioned that it helps us not get stuck in one vision of the Divine's power and mystery.
    :namaste.

Busy week at my school practicum, Brother, the weekend was short and rainy....
But today Church was great, and the rest I needed. :)
