Why are Some Men Sexually Interested in Lesbians?

As a female I've always been very bad at reading "signals". I could see this being confusing for guys just as well if you're one of those who doesn't "read" people so to speak especially if you're the one making the move.

Just for the record, I don't dress in tight clad clothing. I'm more of crazy bohemian yet modest person which probably really sends a mixed up message.

I don't either as a general rule, but I used to dress to kill for a night on the town if I thought I might try to ensnare an unsuspecting male.

You confuse disagreement with a failure to understand your argument. It's important never to discount the possibility that you might just be wrong rather than misunderstood.

I do understand that possibility. But such didn't seem to be the case.

You may have meant primp. :)

Yea, that is what i meant.
I thought that "pimp" had the same meaning as "primp".
I got quite amazed when i found out what "pimp" really means.

The only reason I could think of is the fantasy of having not just more than one woman, but having both women attracted to each other. Usually these associations are pornographic in nature. Me personally two chicks together is a turn off.

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
My attraction with lesbians is the fantasy of becoming somehow ensnared between them. Don't mind me ladies, just continue doing what your doing. :D

Indeed.

You are right. I think I am going to go buy a big 50x50 picture / painting of one and put it over my bed.

I have a girl friend who loves Tigers, they dominate her walls.
Personally I love Komodo dragons...I petted one once (in a wildlife zoo/park)...wish I could own one.

Clothing has little to do with "signals" Nor has make up or hair styles. It is mostly about eye contact and body language. If a guy looks you over in an un-obvious way, then catches your eye... holds it a moment and slowly smiles... you are not going to think he hates you. If you smile back... talking becomes easy.... and that is as obvious as it gets...

As for tight clothes, That is the tarty end of the scale, and will put off more than it attracts.

I thought the prettiest style for girls was the shirt waister, it gave the greatest scope for expressing your mood.

The crazy Bohemian girls in loose caftan type dresses were certain a turn on for my generation. The dresses could cling where the touched and gave full scope to the imagination.... gives a little shiver...

I disagree.....if a woman walks into a bar and her butt cheeks are showing how is that not a signal she is trash?

I don't know about 'trash' but sexually available may be what she was signalling....

Trash is a word used by someone when refering to someone else with conservative self righteous moralising subjectivity...in my experience.

Well I am not conservative, but I wouldn't want to find my next wife walking into a bar with her butt cheeks showing. In these days of HIV contraction putting those signals out there is bad for your health.

Oh right so if a woman in america wears revealing clothing she effectively has a high risk of carrying HIV?

Single and married men have sex with strangers 'every night' but being men they dont wear revealing clothing...so how do we know they are likely to carry HIV?
They smell of Joop/Hugo Boss/ CK1?

Ok not to derail the thread but let me put all the pieces together.....If a woman walks into a bar wearing revealing clothes most likely she will engage in social discourse as well as alcohol consumption. We do learn in research that in positive social settings it is more.likely than not to overconsume alcohol and especially upon attracting the opposite sex, one may later on engage in risky sexual behavior, that is, sex without using contraceptives thus my point of mentioning HIV because it is after all asymptomatic in the first six month period......that was my point

Clothes don't get you HIV but you are more noticeable with revealing clothes than a woman walking in with a pair of sweats and a t-shirt.....hope that clears it up

I have noticed that the language has moved on. (slang)
While it is clear what a Pimp is. The word Pimp and primp have become some what interchangeable... such as "Pimp my ride" meaning to customise my fancy car.
Actually, in the States, "Pimp my ride" has the connotation, "customize my car in such ridiculous ways ways that it looks like the kind of thing a pimp would drive."

It's funny that there's a version in the Maori language called "Meke My Waka", which literally means "Make my canoe too much".

I never suggested any one should dress like that.
However I know some do, and it reflects a different culture and different values. I would not attempt to ascribe my own values on to them. Nor know where they may fit on the scale of things. They may or may not be trash at all.

Studies of the connection between clothing and anything, please?

Perhaps the more accurate assessment is women and men who go into places where alcohol is served - bars, parties, etc. - are more likely to drink and later engage in risky behavior.

Do you see a connection between clothing and rape?

First, show me your statistical numbers in my thread and I will show you mine. Clothing can be a precursor to attracting the wrong attention not some.comorbidity to alcohol consumption and risky behavior. I was.merely stating that clothing.may draw attention in fact, too much attention in a setting like a bar. I mention alcohol and risky sexual behavior because the attention you attract you may indeed become more influenced because of an inhibited frontal lobe (which deals with judgement) and more likely engage in risky sexual.behavior. see where.I am going?

I call it trash cause that is my opinion. As far as culture im not sure what culture it reflects.
