As a meat eater for around 2 decades of my life and suddenly becoming an ovo-lacto vegetarian, I have noticed this in me at least.
Food that before had no taste suddenly has a taste!
I believe it got something to do with meat having a strong taste and not eating it makes you more aware of the subtler flavours.
Also since I am a vegetarian I feel my body has become more inteligent with food. Sometimes I find I have ahunger or a kind of muchy (i think the term in enlgish is?) that can only be satisfied with a specific food. Then I realize that I haven´t ate the iron/zinc/vitamin-b/etc that food prvoided in long.
So I feel more in touch with my body needs all around.
I do know this doesn´t happen to every vegetarian though, a lot of ugly cases from the ones who didn´t know how to eat properly after changing their diets to one friendlier to animals.
edit: I just got the actual meaning of the thread
Oh well, I wouldn´t know, I have only tasted meat eating women o.o
I noticed that the most popular meat to eat comes from vegetarian animals.
It's like it's a science or something. So obviously vegetarian humans are also more delicious. It's just logical, really
What she said!Sooooo hungry.
Think I'll have the salad as an appetizer.
I suppose you could wrap them in Facon................One of the greatest culinary ironies is Vegetarian Rouladen (ie, wrapping them in bacon).
Oh, yeah....that would be as tasty as Not Dogs.I suppose you could wrap them in Facon................
What she said!
Roasted, broiled, boiled, marinated, dry rub, wet sauce, or what?I'd go straight for the main meal...
Vegetarians definitely taste better... personal experience.
If vegetarians love animals so much, WHY DO THEY EAT ALL THEIR FOOD?!?!?!?
Roasted, broiled, boiled, marinated, dry rub, wet sauce, or what?
PETA's new slogan -
Save an animal - eat a vegetarian!
Not sure what you mean.
Vegetarians eat plants, which are the food source of animals.
