“Love is kind and patient, never jealous, boastful, proud, or rude. Love isn’t selfish or quick tempered. It doesn’t keep a record of wrongs that others do” (1 Corinthians 13:4-5 CEV). Dwelling on an offence for too long can cause bitterness, which in turn can lead to depression. The moment you permit anger to linger when someone offends
you, you’re on your way into depression. Depression is an extreme degree of sadness and it’s unhealthy; it could open the door of your life to devils and all kinds of diseases. It quenches the Spirit, creates a heaviness of the heart, destabilizes and slows spiritual growth, and eventually causes you to work out of the will of God.
You have the ability to conquer and overcome depression through God’s love. The Bible says, “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God” (Romans 12:2). It’s not God’s will for you to be depressed and walk in bitterness. He’d rather have you function in love. God’s Word can build you so that your emotions will always function in the direction of love. When you’re functioning in God’s love, you wouldn’t ponder on the wrong that has been done to you, because your emotions will be completely dominated by the love of God. Love is a product of a transformed life. By this I mean the transformation that comes from a regenerated spirit. In 2 Timothy 1:7 the Bible says, “For God hath not given us the
spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” Conquer every situation with love today. MORE @http://cevirtualchurch.org?_inv=cto1pn1

To answer your question, jesus is just like you and I. I put no person on a petalstool. I never call anyone "no one" and, if you are referring to jesus as being god because he is the son of god, scripture doesnt teach that. It does teach he is the so of man (given he is a savior) and the son of god (given he was sent by god) and he is human not a no body.

How does any of that prove Jesus is the Son of God?

well the prophecy that came forth before the birth of Jesus also foretold His divinity: “Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.” It was Jesus who walked the streets of Galilee, as “Emmanuel – God with us.” When people saw Him, the mighty miracles and great signs and wonders that He did, notice what they said: “God has visited His people” (Luke 7:16). The Bible tells us that the fullness of the Godhead bodily dwells in Jesus. So, when you see Jesus, you wouldn’t need to look out for the Holy Spirit or the Father; He is the complete embodiment of Deity.

    Please no caps.

It means that both jesus and his father share the same nature. Just as I share the zame blood with my parents so does he with hos father.

It means that jesus, who was sent by the father speaks for his father. So with whatever jesus says "also" is from the father.

It means that the father "AND" jesus are one.
    not the father is jesus.

It mirrors that jesus is the visible image of an invisible god.

That means they both share the same nature of perfection but humans can look at jesus as to where they could not look at god. With that said, because jesus is in the flesh he is not his father. His father has specific attributes as defined in the OT and being flesh is not one of them.

Jesus never pointed to himself but to his father. If he and his father are one IN Your definition of one (excluding the "and") he would point to himself as the father but he does not.

My mother and I are one.
I am one with my ancestors
I am one with the spirits.

I have part of my mothers nature
I will be an ancestor one day
I am part of the environment and people

    AND

    I am my own self
    My own flesh
    My own thoughts
    My own body.

Jesus being physically separate from his father doesnt mean he is by nature. It is technically saying "jesus is not the faher" nothing more.

Doesnt not change jesus role, him being a savior, his miracles, and all that. Its a technical fact in scripture that mainstream trinitarians overlook.

Thas fine but this debate has heen rashed. Look in the search. I think I have a theead with loads of scripture to support my fact.

    Vanakkam,

I do agree we should focus on trying to solve as much problems as possible with compassion, understanding and love... However I don't know who Jésus is nor how it is even related to all that

What I mean is, how does your "Power of Love" treatise pertain to the question whether Jesus is the SON OF GOD?

    Vanakkam,

I am sorry but as a Hindu, I do not know or believe in either the bible or Jésus. I do believe however that understanding, compassion, and the power of love that is spoken about is a potentiality of every humain being, regardless of religion or any other factor like this. There is no need to believe in Jésus or Allah or Shiva to be a good person, religion is not mandatory to feel loved and express this positive power and influence in the world and on others around us who need it most.

    You forgot to quote me.

Jesus is not god the father.

Pay attention to the words: and, also, "is one" (one person cant be one of himself), of, as, in, and from.

It is in scripture blunt and plain as day a kid would know.

Your belief is your belief. Not all beliefs are based on fact just as we like them to be. The bible "explains" about jesus love.

Can you experience love without the bible?

The bible "explains" the Relation- ship between him and his father

Do you believe someone can have a relationship with himself?

Was jesus pointing to the sky when he addressed the father?

No one can look at god in the face. If christianity is based on jewish beliefs, the facts are dead wrong. Its a contradiction to what jesus taught and the jews believe.

Do you believe jesus or his disciples?

    @cetakoradi

Another question for you. If you have never hear, read, nor seen a bible, would you still experience jesus?

If not, how is that possible?

If so, who is jesus to You without the bible?

    Vanakkam,

I'm sorry, the term is accurate in this case: I do not believe in the bible or Jésus.

I do not understand it either, but it's not a concern nor it changes anything in my beliefs.

    'Christian' when it finally begins
If every one who called themselves Christian had realized any of the ideals recorded in scripture, the world would be a very difference place. Unfortunately that has yet to happen. When God finally reveals the 'how' to inculcate those virtues into the human condition, I will agree that true religion has started.
