It used to be that the root words were given to provide the proof of the definition.
Words have meaning... the meanings still exist. Time shall count from the date.
The big problem is that the new evolving definition
is becoming legally enshrined, eg, qualification for

for both arguments. What matters is the reality
that she's long been accepted as a citizen, &
she's now a VP candidate. There's no way that

Huh? Of course she (1) has long been accepted to be a US citizen and (2) is a candidate. She has also (3) long been accepted to be a homo sapien and (4) is alive. If those things weren’t true, we wouldn’t even be having this conversation. But they are not the **reason** she is eligible to be President.
She’s eligible to be President because the Constitution says you have to be a natural born citizen. The Supreme Court ruled in the 1800s that means a citizen born in a US territory. She was born in California and is a citizen. Therefore she’s eligible.

Also: Donald Trump is racist. Just want to remind us all of that, since it’s important. Okay, proceed.

Biden was VP to our first black president and selected our first black woman VP running mate, and black Americans currently support him over Trump by 90%.
Trump wouldn’t meet with the family of the black man shot in Kenosha while visiting Kenosha, won’t remove Confederate names from military bases that his own party supports, and wouldn’t say civil rights icon John Lewis was a great man. Edit: and said Mexico is “sending their rapists” and championed birtherism against our first black president. Also told black and brown Congresswomen US citizens to go back where they came from. Even Senator Lindsay Graham called Trump a “race baiting xenophobic bigot”.

Being VP to Obama proves nothing.
The guy wants power, & Obama was the only path that year.
Harris....He openly stated that his VP pick was based upon
gender & race. So we have both racism & sexism.
And then there's his mentor, a former Exalted Cyclops of the KKK (R Byrd).
But the real indicator is his pushing the 1994 Crime Bill.
Birtherism is independent of race, & is more often used to
attack white politicians. (You missed my lessons on this.)
When you have to resort to someone else insulting him thus,
you've run out of real evidence.
Based upon what I've seen, they both exhibit bigotry
of various flavors. But Biden's has been more devastating,
including to minorities. (That Crime Bill again.)
I find neither to be acceptable candidates this year.

Maybe that’s why polls show blacks favor Biden over Trump by 90%.
Semantics. Deciding to have a highly qualified, under-represented minority as his VP is totally different from Trump’s actual racism. You can call them both “racism” but they are different.
Picking a black VP is not “racism” like Trump referring to African nations as “ ****-hole countries”, insisting on keeping Confederate names on military bases over the objections of his own party, saying Mexico is “sending their rapists”, implying a judge with Hispanic background can’t judge in a case against him, telling black and brown Congreswomen to go back where they came from, not meeting the family of the man shot in Kenosha, brutally suppressing BLM protestors at Lafayette square, Tweeting racially charged and false crime statistics, hesitating to condemn Nazis in Charlottesville, refusing to acknowledge civil rights hero John Lewis, promoting birtherism against our first black president, etc etc.
Senator Byrd was in the KKK for one year in the 1940s, which was 80 years ago, and he’s dead. He apologized for it many times. Donald Trump has an actual, Bona fide racist in his administration today - Stephen Miller - one of the few senior administration officials still with him since the campaign. Miller was the architect of the infamous policy to separate thousands of children from their parents at the border. Emails were leaked and Trump still won’t fire him - he serves to this day.

The majority of the Congressional Black Caucus and over a dozen black mayors supported it. That was almost 30 years ago. Today he’s running based on being VP to our first black president with our first female black running mate, against an actual racist.
I’m glad we can at least both agree that Donald Trump is racist.
Those employing it so often accuse others of it.
