Hey, @Barry Johnson - since you don't see yourself as religious, I trust that you and your church don't take advantage of any of the tax breaks or other privileges granted on the basis of religion, right?

For instance, you don't claim your tithes on your taxes, do you?

without the Four Gospels you won't understand the NT either .You can't leave 13 epistles out ,just as much as you can't leave out the four gospels. Or Genesis ,or any other book in the 66

Tithing is not for a Christian.That would fall under ' religious 'today. It was a OT practice .

I don’t go to church I haven’t been in years anyway.

So which sentence says "Religion means....."? What is the Koine Geek word for religion? How is it that these two verses are defining what "religion" means?

These two verses very well may be defining you personally.

How in the world do these two verses represent what you claimed? as below? Did you make a false claim about your own Bible?

This definition is from the bible? Please give the verse to make what you claim about your Gods word true.

Seems to me they are not aware of James 2:14-26.
Which strikes me as curious seeing as James is in the NT, not the OT...
