This story is quite old

Facts:
The videos include no credible evidence that Planned Parenthood profits from its fetal tissue donation program.
  • Despite Daleiden’s three-year effort to entrap Planned Parenthood, he “failed to succeed in convincing even a single affiliate to enter into a procurement contract with his fake company.”[3]
  • Daleiden offered one Planned Parenthood affiliate $1,600 for two specimens—more than 25 times the amount of expenses affiliates typically recoup—but the affiliate never agreed.[4]
  • In another attempt to entrap a Planned Parenthood affiliate, Daleiden sent a proposed “transfer agreement” with a “compensation” clause. The affiliate removed that term and added: “Nothing in the Agreement is intended to provide valuable consideration in return for the transfer of the Samples.” Daleiden was “unresponsive” to these revisions and dropped the effort.

Planned Parenthood is paid for fetal tissue donations in violation of federal law.
  • “Planned Parenthood is still receiving $50, $75, sometimes $100 per specimen per fetal part. So all of that is just straight up profit that goes to their bottom line.”
Facts:
Planned Parenthood receives reasonable reimbursement for its tissue donation services, as expressly permitted by law.
  • Congress passed the NIH Revitalization Act in 1993 with overwhelming bipartisan support.[7]
  • This law prohibits the receipt of any “valuable consideration” for fetal tissue while expressly permitting “reasonable payments” for costs, including “transportation, implantation, processing, preservation, quality control, or storage of human fetal tissue.”[8]
  • Planned Parenthood affiliates that participate in fetal tissue research “recover only their costs, as allowed under the federal law and our [Planned Parenthood’s] guidance.”[9]
  • Currently, only two of Planned Parenthood’s 59 affiliates participate in fetal tissue research. One is reimbursed for reasonable costs at $60 per specimen, and the other receives no reimbursements.[10]
  • Tissue procurement companies confirm that they reimburse Planned Parenthood only for “reasonable costs,” including “processing, preservation, quality control, transportation, and storage.”

State of California charged Daleiden and Merrit with 15 felony counts of invasion of privacy due to their videos.

As for the LifeSiteNews site, there is of course an anti-abortion bias.

No its not. LifeSiteNews quotes the Didache as stating;

The Didache, a second-century catechism for young converts, states, “Do not murder a child by abortion or kill a newborn infant” (Didache 2.2).
But the entire quote from the Didache;
Thou shall not slay thy child by causing abortion, nor kill that which is begotten; for "everything that is shaped, and has received a soul from God, if it be slain, shall be avenged, as being unjustly destroyed."

Ignored is the differences of opinion concerning the time of ensoulment.
That the Church had differing opinions at times as to whether an act of abortion was considered a 'homicide'. Aquinas, Augustine, concerned with when the union of the soul to the body, (ensoulment) took place.

I wouldn't doubt it. Anyone capable of killing the unborn as a profession is capable of anything. IMHO of course.
