    Hi Runewolf,i was given a Medicine bag by a Shaman,a small bag that you can wear around your neck,
    but i have lost contact with him as he has moved,in the bag at the moment are some herbs that came with the bag.
    What i would like to know is what should i put in it,someone told me a bear claw should be in it along with family stuff,or is it things that are personal to me.

    Kwl, I believe that natural gemstones from the earth have got metaphysical and spiritual uses. I use a lot of gemstones during my healing practises, as I practice Spiritual healing. I used to have a good gemstone shop near me, but it closed down due to them not selling as well as originally thought. They were nice epople.
