How in the world can ANYBODY think the Jews and Christians have the same god, that Jesus is messiah?

I see the Jewish 7 candlestick changed

Then why did I see it just yesterday?

into the 6 pointed star of the sun god from Egypt.

And exactly where is Ra, Amun-Ra or Atum-Ra depicted with a Star and not a Sun-disk?

Bonus points for providing some nice ancient Egyptian drawing.

As you already know, the star was not that of David, but his son Solomon after he got into black magic, and fell out of favor with God.

But that's part of the Sifrut Hazal and not the TaNaKh. Also why would you believe the writings of false Jews? :D

1) I never called any member of this forum a false Jew.
2) If people do what false Jew do, it would be a pretty good bet they are false Jews.
3) I have been posting my notes in an order I want to post the. You are upset because I wont post them they way you want me to.
4) I am not anti-Jewish. I as any normal person is anti-false Jews.
5) I believe the 12 tribes are Gods people. There is not 12 tribes, and if you add the false Jews in with the twelve, you would be in error..that would be 13..

If you do not like how I am posting my notes. stop reading them. Why do you think I should believe what you have posted on the LXX? I intend to prove much of the present teaching are false, and the scriptures have been changed.
I am done talking to you on the subject until all my notes are posted. I will be off for a few days because I have writing to do...it is how I make my living.
1. You have said that people who do something are false Jews. You have said people here do that. Therefore you have said people here are false Jews. If we are not, please say so explicitly.
2. see #1
3. You are posting claims in no particular order. The goal here is to make a case and support it. All anyone wants is for you to prove your point. You don't want to be pressured so you can do things in your order. Face it -- your order is not an effective way of communicating your message. Is your goal to speak from a soapbox or inspire dialogue?
4. You are not anti-Jewish but you don't know what Jewish means.
5. You believe that 12 tribes are God's people but there aren't 12 tribes. You just said that. You believe that something which doesn't exist is God's people.

What I posted on the LXX is from the web. Please go to the site and tell me why that translation by the same guy you quoted is now wrong.

You make your living writing? I'll just let others comment on that.

You claimed Jews don't name their child Yoshua or Yehoshua. Which is simply untrue as even Hasidics have named their child so.

I know it must be hard but don't be sad about it.

I believe I wasn't thinking about the prophecy which is my bad. It is true Jesus was actually Jeshuah and there have been many named that and probably even currently so the name alone does not identify the Messiah since there are so many.

Next comes the prophecy of coming from Bethlehem. The Sanhedrin viewed Jesus as coming from Nazareth but they never asked Him where He was born. Still this is not absolute proof of Messiahship either becasue of the interpretive nature of the fulfillment. Today Bethlehem is filled with Muslims and Christians so the odds are against it.

Next he is The eternal King of the Jews as the sign on the cross said. This is not a hereditary thing as a male passes the kinship to his son but simply that the person be a descendant of David. These are relatively hard to pin down as well. THe genealogy of Mary does not seem to be right and even though Jesus is prophesied to return only Paul states that He has an eternal body.

Christians have been leaving Bethlehem in droves. When I was there in 1991, it was about 60% Christian, but I saw a figure several years ago that had it now much lower, but I can't remember that exact figure. Since the WB has been officially declared a Muslim area, and since some Churches and Christians have been attacked, many have decided to go elsewhere.

Note to myself
Get a cross that says I am the eternal Queen of the Jews, after that I am the eternal Queen of the Jews.

Oh and btw if your Jesus was in fact the Son of God he can't be a descendent of David because Josef wasn't his father. But Christianity has been going through great lengths for the past 1900 years to completely ignore this simple piece of logic.

This is true for the entire West Bank though it's best seen in Bethlehem.

I believe Jesus had a mother so He can be a desendant of David.

There is a little more to it than that but I misled you because the sign read "King of the Jews." I believe eternal life is something that God gives and one does not engender for oneself.

I beleive Christians should leave Isareal altogether since it isn't safe to be living in a target zone.

Seriously, these are the kinds of websites that you are using as sources of "information?'

You can't recognize them for what they are?? Or is it that you don't want to see them for what they are?

Because I do not know you, I can only hope that you are simply incredibly gullible and obtuse. I would hate to think that you believe these kinds of websites because they feed an already developed anti-Semitic viewpoint.

Tribal affiliation has always been inherited from your father. Why should it be different for one Jew?

So if I get a neat cross with Queen of the Jews on it I am the Queen of the Jews?

Good for you.

He might well be, but if his father isn't a human man descended from King David, then it is simply a matter of cool history, but nothing that would establish him as a Davidic king.

His mother could have been a convert to Judaism (like Ruth was). Women's tribes change based on who they marry. So... his mother's lineage doesn't count for anything. At all.

If his father isn't descended from King David, he isn't in line to be a king from the dynasty.

Jesus mother Mary was a Levi. That line goes back to Abraham. If Jews do not believe in Jesus, why do they believe in Mary?
Jesus father was God. God is not descended from any human...but he did create all
Where does it say in the scriptures the line of descent has to be from the male only?

Okay. So, whoever was Jesus' father, Jesus would never receive the "Redemption of the Firstborn," as that would not take place if either the father was a Levi, or the mother was a Daughter of a Levi. Still doesn't mean anything for Jesus' tribe or lineage, except that he was born Jewish.
If Jews do not believe in Jesus, why do they believe in Mary?
Actually, it's not so much that Jews "believe in Mary," as much as Jews DON'T CARE about Mary. She was Jewish. So her son is Jewish. No more information is garnered from this. A woman gave birth to a baby. It's a beautiful thing. And this is particularly important... why?

Jesus father was God.
From things I've read, Jesus' father could just as easily have been a Roman soldier.

If Jesus existed, he was no more a child of God than I am. That's my belief, and I'm sticking to it.

I'm sure there is nothing that will change your mind. I do understand the Jews are still waiting for the Messiah to come. He will come, but it will be the second time...and the second time he say he does not come to make peace, but with a sword. But I am Christian, and are we not fools?

What is he trying to achieve with a sword? Maybe a Uzi would be more appropriate, given his origin.

If you are a fool, it has nothing to do with your being a Christian.

So, your meek Jesus will turn into a killer? Then I really propose to use a Uzi, it is much more efficient.

Ciao- viole

God says of himself, 1Sa 2:6 "Jehovah is a preserver, and a taker of life." God uses Jesus for his work. Those who don't believe Jesus is the son of God, will die.
God created man to serve him. Those who do not want to, will be uncreated...back to dust.

If you are a fool, it has nothing to do with your being a Christian.

If you are a fool, it has nothing to do with being a Christian, or a Jew.
