Survivors & Descendants Of Holocaust Victims Condemn Genocide In Gaza

That is because you appear to be committed to not imagining the consequences of Hamas undeterred and even less willing to imagine an Israel with the right and responsibility of self defense. In effect if not by intent - your best case scenario is dead Jews.

I haven't seen Hamas deterred at all, even after all this bombing.. Seems like they are still doing exactly what they want to. Everyone has the right to self defense, not just Israel.. Your best case scenario is dead Jews, by default. All you're doing is creating more 'terrorists'; people in Gaza believe in self-defense as well, and they will want to avenge themselves against you and your children's children. I am the one who's intent is to save God's children-- but God's will is done.

All men are evil. There is only one good; God.
Some are more evil than others like this-

So Cynthia what is the bigotry that I espouse, my opposition to your beloved Hamas, ISIS and Iranian Government?

It's obvious Phil that you hate Muslims, you hate the Muslims so much that you would support Israel even though they murder Christians. So what is the difference between your hate and ISIS's hate?

It is obvious that I have very negative opinion about Islam and Islamists like Hamas. But thinking that I hate Muslims because I have very negative opinion about Islam is just like assuming that You hate Jews because you have very negative opinion about Judaism
I took the religious one. I am very positive towards Christianity, positive toward Hinduism, moderately positive toward Islam and very negative toward Judaism. Pretty accurate.

And about Christians in Palestine. Christians have no place under Islamist rule.
And thats the reason the number of Christians has decreased in Islamist ruled territories like Gaza while increasing in more secular and democratic Israel.

Recently, there has been a steady undercurrent of Christian Arabs who seek deeper integration into Israeli society. Under the leadership of Priest Gabriel Nadaf, the "Sons of the New Testament" is a political party that advocates Christian enlistment in the IDF and a more distinct societal separation of Christians from Muslims.[10] This separation is partly based on the purported fact that Christians in Israel are not technically Arabs, seeing as they were present in the holy land long before the Arab conquest, hallmarked by the Siege of Jerusalem. This distinction is in the process of being formalized into law, as the Likud government is currently drafting legislation to grant this request.[11]
This new attitude is founded largely by the perception by some that only in Israel is the Christian population growing due to natural increase and no state persecution, seeing the entire Middle East as where Christianity is and has been rapidly on the decline. In addition, increasing numbers of Christian leaders and community members are pointing to Muslim violence as a threat to their way of life in Arab majority cities and towns.[12] Sons of the New Testament as a party and a national movement has been met with wide admiration from the Jews of Israel, harshly negative scorn from the Muslim Arabs, and mixed reactions from the Christians themselves. Because of Israel's parliamentary system where each party must attain at least 2% of the popular vote, Sons of the New Testament must be supported by non-Christians to enter the Knesset.
Demographics[edit]
Education[edit]
Christian Arabs are one of the most educated groups in Israel. Maariv has described the Christian Arabs sectors as "the most successful in education system",[1] since Christian Arabs fared the best in terms of education in comparison to any other group receiving an education in Israel.[2] Christian Arabs have one of the highest rates of success in the matriculation examinations, (64%)[2] both in comparison to the Muslims and the Druze and in comparison to all students in the Jewish education system as a group.[2] although lower than the secular Jewish education (64.5%) and the national religious Jewish education (65.9%).[13] Arab Christians were also the vanguard in terms of eligibility for higher education.[2] and they have attained a bachelor's degree and academic degree more than the median Israeli population.[2]
The rate of students studying in the field of medicine was also higher among the Christian Arab students, compared with all the students from other sectors. the percentage of Arab Christian women who are higher education students is higher than other sectors.[1]

Unchecked by Israel, Hamas will not be angels towards Christians but like ISIS. I guess it is too hard for you to understand that minorities are not respected by Islamists.

What compels the Israeli? Well no concern for the innocent civilians. Same goes for Hamas. According to all here Hamas is a terrorist group and I agree. But Israel is a government who speaks up for human rights. So what's their excuse?

I think no one includes the Israeli if I get you right. This is fight against terrorism not innocent Palestinians. I would say the same thing if it is my country.

Which goes without saying.. But who is the source of righteousness?

I expect you all will solve this "misunderstanding" by tomorrow. How tough could it be?

I'll tune in tomorrow for the solution.

Not bombing at all.

So, if a terrorist group embeds their weapons in heavily populated areas to avoid reprisal then the attacked nation should do nothing? And then allow themselves to be attacked at will forever? Is that what you are saying?

I said, "not bombing, at all".. They should look to effectively and efficiently solve the problem; bombing has proven neither effective nor efficient.

I don't know what the body count should be; I do know that these rockets are wiping out entire neighborhoods, and that entire families have been destroyed. I also know that bombing heavily populated areas is nonsensical, and far more terribly brutal than anything I can imagine.

Common sense should tell us that Hamas is not representative of the entire population in Gaza, and that their actions should not determine how the entire population is treated.

"Common sense" suggests that elections have consequences and that Hamas was elected. Now, by that I don't mean nor imply that there should be any attempt to intentionally target civilians, but Israel has the problem of trying to take out missiles that are launched from heavily-populated civilian areas.

Secondly, Israel has been warning people in targeted areas to leave if they plan to attack, which is not commonplace with most countries when they retaliate. Also, they have warned people to leave any area whereas they see missiles from being fired from.

I would suggest that real "common sense" would have it that Hamas is the aggressor, Israel has the full right to defend itself, and that it's unfortunate that civilians in both areas are getting killed. But where your supposed "common sense" has seemingly left you is that I don't see any concern in your post about Israeli civilians being target, plus you don't quite seem to understand "cause and effect". Israel only response when attacked, so true "common sense" should have it that you should understand that maybe Hamas should stop their attacks so that Israel doesn't have to retaliate.

Since you're supposedly so heavy into "common sense" , can you name any country when attacked as Israel has been that has used as much restraint as Israel has? If you actually followed this and related events on a daily basis, you would know that most of the time when attacked, Israel actually doesn't respond. For example, one day last week missiles were launched into Israel from both southern Syria and southern Lebanon. Did Israel attack back? No. Has Israel attacked back with every assault from missiles out of Gaza? No. How many countries do you actually believe would take fire like this and not respond?

So, I would assume that you strongly opposed any U.S. military response after 9-11. How about after Pearl Harbor? Do you propose that the U.S. never respond to any attack? Are you a pacifist? Or do you just pick-and-choose?

I am a pacifist.. And I don't condone everything the US does, nor do I believe I should be responsible for everything the US decides to do, especially not the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. -- I try my best to be honest and consistent.
