Suppose You Saw God...

The Sum of Awe

Brought to you by the moment that spacetime began.
Suppose you saw God, incarnated Godself into a human being of the same culture and gender as you. God sits next to you at a bench, on a bus, or wherever you sit at when you are in public and need to sit.

They convinces you that they are God, no doubt in your mind. But God reveals nothing about the right religion, the afterlife, virtue ethics, the universe, anything.

First question you ask is...?

(Don't assume this is the abrahamic god, so for you anti-abrahamic god people you can't ask "why did you create hell" right away at least :p)

I would ask if he punishes people simply for being skeptical. I think the answer to that would tell me all I need to know.

But I already assume everone is god.

If we are tlking about a hot Goddess, and I have enough alcohol in my system, I might ask her if she wants to make out

This is actually sort of a canonical scenario in Buddhism.

As for the question, I suppose it could change at that very moment, but for now I assume it would be "How can I learn?"

if you were to see God ,then you would be dead .which means Jesus is not God because he was seen by many

One of the ancient heretics said that when you look at the face of a newborn you look at the face of God. I really took that on-board.
As I continue to contemplate upon it, it seems to me that everyone's face is also the face of God. I'm not sure I would ask anything because I think that I believe God made it so that it is for me to weave a story for myself.

Considering that I live an hour drive from Golgotha. I'm going to ask him: "What were you thinking coming back here"?

I might ask "Do you have a word for that thing that happens between the saying of something and the hearing of it?"
