Here's a little perspective of what has been going on both here in Minneapolis and accross the country.

An Illinois man who came to Minneapolis to riot over the weekend livestreamed himself handing out explosives, destroying property and appearing to set a Sprint store on fire, according to charges filed in the U.S. District Court of Minnesota on Monday afternoon.

    ........

Last Thursday night, Rupert, of Galesburg, Ill., posted on his public Facebook page an invitation for "goons" to join him in traveling to Minneapolis, where he said he was renting hotel rooms and planned to wreak havoc and "take hella good videos."

The livestreamed videos, cited as evidence by FBI investigators in the complaint, show his role in the riots on Friday night and early Monday, including distributing explosives and then announcing, "He's throwing my bombs ... they're going to bomb the police with them."

"Good shot, my boy," he shouted after one of the explosions, according to the complaint. "We came here to riot," he declared later.

Later in the night, Rupert asked for lighter fluid and entered a Sprint store, according to the complaint. "I lit it on fire," he said, before entering an Office Depot and stealing items from it.

‘Let’s start a riot’: Galesburg man hit with federal charge related to rioting in Chicago [that should read Minneapolis, not Chicago]

The charges against Rupert hit as U.S. officials seek to determine if extremist groups had infiltrated protests nationwide and deliberately tipped largely peaceful demonstrations toward violence — and if foreign adversaries were behind a burgeoning disinformation campaign on social media.

How would our greed-centered culture teach him any different? He knows he's just going to be used and abused until he's old and dead in a system that's rigged by the rich, for the rich. Why not burn it all down if he gets the chance?

With education and good parenting, it can lessen it. Take those away, and you've got Rupert.

Reminds me somewhat of a british guy who posted a video of him driving at 170mph (Maximum speed limit 70mph) on Facebook then looking bemused in court on a charge of speeding.

I think it's a good thing. Even the more unruly protestors just want to be heard.

    But what about the masses?
You show us a few individuals and suggest that these are the whole population showing its anger?

    Nah!.........

But what Rupert did had nothing to do with protesting anything. He just took advantage of it to create destruction and chaos.

I suggested that? No I didn't. Of course everyone is angry. Rightly so. But the Ruperts of the world are deliberating riding in on that anger to create civil unrest through destruction. They are not protestors. They are domestic terrorists, like Timothy McVeigh.

Because he's abusing his comrades. Those destroyed stores? Even the larger chains that hurts workers. Looting hurts workers. Destroyed buildings means lost jobs means hurting workers.
Take it out on those who deserve it, not on those who are also just trying to make it through life.
