Ok, Let's for say, that a day for a year works for the 3 an half days,Ok
So if we take the 3 an half days, a day for a year method.
That would mean that God's two witnesses would be laying out in the street for 3 an half years
Have you any idea what would be left of those bodies after 3 an half years of laying out in the streets
That like taking the 3 days and 3 nights that Christ Jesus was in tomb a day for a year formula.
Therefore the 3 an half days, are literally 3 an half days. And not 3 an half years.
Well, the events in Revelation already happened.
The start of the 1000 year reign referrs to the Byzantine empire.
The reign started with the destruction of the western Roman Empire by the visigoths in the early 400s. But the great beast died with Attila the Hun in the year 453, who died in bedwith a Goth princess, killed by a nosebleed. This signals the final end, and the rise of Constantinople as the seat of God's throne.
This reign between God and man lasted exactly 1000 years. Then, in 1453, the Turks invaded, and it too cane to an end.
God's 1000 reign: 453-1453 AD.
RIP.
Revelation isn't prophecy anymore, it's history, the way we see the books of Samuel, Kings, and Chronicles as the history of Israel and Judeah. God's final plan was executed, and there is no more prophecy to look forward to anymore. No more codes, no more dates. The appointed time came and went. Those who ascended, did so. Those who didn't . . . Well, that's us.
For the rest of us, time still moved forward, lost to the dustbin. We, finally free from the yoke of God's law, moved forward and made a better existence for ourselves.
One of our first inventions happened as God's empire in Constantinople crumbled. . . The Printing Press, a tool for the spread of information, signaled the beginning of a new time with God in our rearview mirror.
The Renaissance, and technology, followed. With it of course, the psychic remnant of God and his dark kingdom, his yoke of blood and sacrifice we call religion. But we're shedding it, step by step. . First with the reformation, then with modern scientific inquiry, then with the internet (the ultimate printing press).
I thank God every day for finally ending his plan and letting us go to live our own lives without his insane requirements and narcissistic need for sacrifice and worship. Good bye God!
We never lived in a world where you were actually here (that would have been a nightmare), but I do appreciate the neglected rind of earth you left behind!
I definitely see the fullfillment of the prophecy that people will claim Christ has come...That's what you Bahai's claim?
That's correct. Christ has come. How do you see it?
I mean the second time. Baha'i believe Christ's second coming has occurred?
I mean the second time. Baha'i believe Christ's second coming has occurred?
If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
John 3:12-14
So why did the Jews reject their Messiah?
Oh that is funny, turnabout is fair play. I think i will keep waiting.
Cool, you may be waiting a long time though.
Christ Jesus said --"Verily,verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God"
John 3:5.
What does Christ mean by born of water and of the Spirit ?
The "Great Day of the Lord" and nobody noticed. Yeah I think maybe Miller was just wrong and both books have the same dates due to Muhammed borrowing some scripture from the Jews.
I definitely see the fullfillment of the prophecy that people will claim Christ has come...That's what you Bahai's claim?
I agree that 1453 is an important event in revelation, particularly Chapter 9.
And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
Revelation 9:13-16
These verses are leading us into the second and third woe.
The four horns symbolize the four winds of prophecy that blow over the world of man. The symbolism of the four angels bound inthe Euphrates River is that Islam, bound together by the Euphrates, will be the origin of the punishments and tests to follow. The four angels will control the corners of the square earth during the Dispensation of Muhammad. These angels are to "slay" a third part of men for a period of 391 years.
The prophecy refers to the fall of Constantinople (Byzantium) and Eastern Christendom to the Turks under Sultan Mehmet II on 30 May 1453. The period of time from 30 May 1453 to 23 May 1844, the date of the second woe and the beginning of the Baha'i Era, was 391 Roman years. This is the period of time that the third part of Christendom would be cut off or deprived (slain), beginning with the collapse of the Christian East and lasting for the duation of the Dispensation of Muhammad. Mehmet's victory was said to have cut off one-third of Christendom. By the year 1453, Christendom had become divided into these three major parts: the Eastern Orthodox, the Roman Catholic, and the anti-papist Christians who would soon form the Protestant branch.
Up to 1453 the figure for the Muslim cavalries has mounted to two hundred million. From the Umayyads in 632 AD to the Ottomans in 1453.
I agree that most of it, though not all has happened.
Oh that is funny, turnabout is fair play. I think i will keep waiting.
Many people did notice, embraced yhe cause and were persecuted and put to death so it could be silenced.
No matter how hard they tried, they fulfilled Prophecy by banishing Baha'u'llah to the Holy Land where the rest is History.
Mankind has again rejected the very Hope they hold on to. Why do you think this generation will have the eyes to see? Did not Christ say He would return because the World had turned away from God? Did he not say to those that beleive in Him;
Matthew 7:22-23" Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Isn't the interpretation of biblical prophecy fun! Anything can mean anything!
History can be bent into any shape, and details like armor, weapons, troop sizes, dates . . . can be shaped to fit whatever narrative we want. It makes me wonder if maybe we should all take a step back and see the rantings of an isolated Iron Age zealot for what they are . . . rantings.
I think he said Bahahahaha I...ah nevermind.
