Why doesn't the Book of Romans use Roman numerals?

For example: Romans VIII:III

If moistened microfiber manufactured to clean glasses is labeled "lens wipes," then why do we label a similar product manufactured for cleaning...something else... "bathroom tissue?"

Was listening to the radio the other day and the song "Signs" came on.

At the begining of the second verse, I thought, this song is much longer than it should be...

And the sign said
"Long-haired freaky people
Need not apply"
So I tucked my hair up under my hat
And I went in to ask him why
He said, "You look like a fine upstandin' young man
I think you'll do"
So I took off my hat and said, "Imagine that
Huh, me workin' for you"
Whoa
Sign, sign
Everywhere a sign
Blockin' out the scenery
Breakin' my mind
Do this, don't do that
Can't you read the sign?
And the sign said
"Anybody caught trespassin'
Will be shot on sight"
So I jumped on the fence and....
BANG!!

If the jury finds the cop guilty, and then, (if, as I haven't been following the case close enough to know all this), if they vote on the death penalty and have him executed, are the jurors cop killers?

At best they would be ex-cop killers
