Must admit that is one of my 4 ice cream faves, but a vice... Ok, yes

First is a local coffee ice cream made with 5 five strengths of coffee from latte to espresso and liberally sprinkled with edible coffee beans.

Then is homemade winter truffle ice cream. Or summer truffle but the winter ones are much better

Homemade lavender and myrtle ice cream every summer. I make a lot.

And if all else fails, Haagen daz pralines and caramel

Very good. I guess we have the same variety if travel is acceptable l, maybe 2 or 3 hundred kilometres ,-)

Living in the middle of nowhere has its drawbacks. But I think I can get the same variety (and more) within a 100 kilometer radius.

It's easy to like the regional cuisine when you're in France. While there is some good regional food in Germany, I like to have some variety.
