So does that mean you plan to remain ignorant of the evidence Sheldrake published in the peer-reviewed literature on dogs who seem to know when their owners are returning home?
Doesn't bother me - I don't think I have come across anything in the mainstream scientific literature that might support his rather outlandish propositions. And I think there was programme here on UK TV that attempted to do the same - dogs expecting the owners return - but where it was all a bit hit and miss and hardly conclusive. Can't remember the outcome but it certainly wasn't the dogs sensing their owners presence other than smelling them. The time expectations along with a general preparedness seemed to account for much of it.
