That's 100% false.

You don't get the vaccine just means you, well, don't. Like not taking aspirin doesn't mean I'm against pain killers. That's silly!

I never said I ignored facts.

I said facts are not the sole means I make decisions.

Your assumptions aren't facts. Challenge me on what I actually said not what you think I meant.
You are not reasoning rationally. I am not the one making assumptions. Please do not project your bad behavior on others.

And clearly facts are not the sole means that you make decisions. I tell you what, when there is a reasonable economic penalty for people that refuse the vaccine for no good reason I will have no problem with your decisions.

Do you want Spanish Flu numbers? If one adjusted for population growth the numbers would be over 200 million deaths. The main reason that we did not see deaths anywhere like that is because of the actions that were taken. And even with those there were over 3 million deaths from this disease. One of the downsides of lockdowns is that natural immunity does not arise in the population so there still is a risk of outbreak.

I am sorry, but I am not a fan of unleashing something that could make the Holocaust look like a bad weekend in comparison. There needs to be economic penalties for those that willingly put others at risk.
nurses and population.....were wearing .....GUAZE for masks

I grew up with a registered nurse.....in the house

omg

germ free?.....can't happen

even as I post there a at least a dozen microbes......in front of my face
I will inhale them
and they have the potential to kill me

why am I not dead?

my immune system is still working

good luck with yours
And growing up with a registered nurse does not mean that you have any authority at all. I have known some pretty ignorant RN's. Most understand that one cannot eliminate risk, but one can greatly reduce it. You are attempting a strawman argument here. No one has said that vaccinations reduce all risk. What they do is to greatly lower the risk of transmission and also the risk of serious results if one gets the disease.

There are two ways to acquire herd immunity. One is extremely expensive. One is rather cheap.

Well, so far I've been fine, running, gym, good food, stay when sick. I haven't had a cold I years so if I develop covid it would stick out line a sore thumb. Now I'm scared to cough near anyone for fearr they would think I have covid and not, say, dry throat or weather. It could be worse.

For any who might be interested Interim Clinical Considerations for Use of COVID-19 Vaccines | CDC is a good source of what's known and current recommendations.

Reading it carefully is of course important. The clinical considerations can change as more is known and the web page notes that with scientific caution.

But if you look at the table Interim recommendations for COVID-19 vaccine administration errors and deviations you'll see a lot of work went into considering what could go wrong and what to do about it.

I've avoided coughing when I could for that exact reason.

and you think?
with tech such as Crisper......

the Chinese were hoping for something between
US and......U.S.
At the moment, it doesn't make sense that China would
want to unleash the virus upon the US or any of its big
customers. And of course, it would afflict China too.
It's a conspiracy with neither evidence nor motive.

At a huge cost. Are you willing to have over 200 million more people die?

It has not been nearly as bad this time around because organized reactions were taken to the disease. Those that want to go back to normal are advocating for the deaths of millions of people.

Herd immunity first. Then we can go back to "normal".

The main reason we didn't see that amount of death is because of major science advancement with DNA/RNA, etc in the last 100 years.

too many assumptions are running loose
yours included

take your vitamins

the REAL battle is within you

I susggest.....you survive
No. Not assumptions. Just because you do not understand the science does not make the actions assumptions.

By the way, do you knew why nurses were wearing gauze? And do you think that gauze could not be effective? This indicates that you do not understand how the virus is transmitted.

I survived. Most people will. You do not understand statistics and why there need to be penalties against people that insist upon being unreasonable. If you want to discuss transmission and why you are not free to go around as you please you might see why the government took the actions that it has so far.
