So what? You think no one in West Virginia has Trump flags? It was Daily Mail (again, a right wing tabloid, so what's their agenda?) who pulled that shot and put it in their article. The flag and/or Trump supporters wasn't the focus of the video and you'd know that if you watched it. And if you did watch it, and all you could focus on was the Trump flag, that says quite a lot.
What the video can be described as, imo, is poverty tourism. Let's go find people who live in poverty and shove a microphone in their face and make money off them by yes, monetizing it. Woohoo! Clicks and views and followers and ad money and oh yes, even a patreon!
