    Some years ago, a friend and I used to build top end decks for people's houses. These decks were absurdly high priced. They ranged from $40,000 to well into the six figures. In other words, Bill, the only reason someone would buy one was to own the bragging rights -- "My deck cost $75,000".

    For some reason, I'm thinking about those decks tonight and kinda wondering at the absurdity of it. Just thought you might be interested in a tidbit about human nature. Doesn't it make you wonder just what kind of ape we are?

    heya! I should have probably named the Alejandro thread differently,
    but I would love if you checked it out.
    The more I pick it apart, the more it comes off to me
    as a very powerful piece on homosexuality.
