  • self initiation comes from within, you will never need someone to tell you otherwise or when you are ready. hinduism is a great source for pretty much any understanding you can look for, i think its up there with the tao in terms of "lighting up the room" type aspect.
dude looking back on these visitor messages I feel like we could make a thread, or we were probably talking about something from another thread. I'm gonna do it
    namaste,

yeah Emily Hart is awesome! if you ever get the time, please check out more videos by her
Personally, I hate it. I wish it would stop. Thankfully I have been rather stable lately.
Just signing on before leave the hotel..... things didn't go as planned last night in any regard.
I hope you have a good day, Brother.
True story, I'm in an airport right now and won't be into my hotel until around 9 pm EST tonight, so I may or may not be able to sign on. Skype is weird in hotels sometimes. There is a lot going on right now for me, lots of updates myself, so maybe we can catch up before long for sure. And I wish I could talk tonight, but I'm not 100% sure how that will go. I'll try to sign on to text chat if nothing else, so look for me, but traveling is funny and I never know what might happen. It sounds like a lot of good things recently and that is awesome and I'm excited to hear it. But just wanted to let you know what was up. Peace, Brother. :namaste
Oh and you want to use a offering bowl of some metal preferable, the purer the metal the better. Natural beeswax candles or tea lights.
Well a cabinet or wooden ornamental shelf is a good place for this. Just a small one because its only for him.

You could hang some coin or bell charms in it like you'd find in any Asian novelty store. The gods like the metal and the bright shining of it. Coins are always good offerings.

Milk and flowers are the offerings most of the devas like.
Since you asked it in a DIR would you like to know what kind of shrine I have for Ganesh? Its more typical of a Chinese or Japanese shrine to him because I prefer that style. Care to hear about it?
Hey Brother, I got your skype message this morning.
    One Love!
Glad to read some of your recent posts here and on fb.
    Peace.
No, sadly. I didn't do as well on the test as a few of the other applicants, so I didn't even get an interview in the end. It kind of makes sense, since the person they hired was an internal applicant and would have had specific training in this area on the job (since every employee does). Que sera sera! I'm disappointed about the money, but also relieved I don't have to think about moving or stopping playing music for a living.
It's a practicum placement for my schooling. I'm almost done :D
I'm glad things are well with you. I might be around this evening, so I'll be sure to let you know I'm on.

Good morning, Brother. I'm heading off to my work-placement, but since I was on, which I normal am not, I wanted to say 'have a good one, and hope you're doing well.' :namaste
It's just the logo of the State War Academy, from a video game called EVE Online that I used to play.

There's no symbolism or meaning in it for me, I just think it looks cool lol! :D
