Adam and Eve in human genetics. New results.

Humans are apes just like humans are mammals.

Except that we are.

Doesn't follow.

Doesn't follow.

Survival benefits. Protection from the elements
Even to the point of sexual selection, as it also has a decorative dimension.

Maybe that's on you?
Maybe this doesn't make sense to you because you are ill-informed?

Species migrate all the time for a wide variety of reasons. There is nothing strange about that.
Well, for my own self, if I truly believed I was evolved from another species I would not wear clothes and I would live in a warm climate, hands down.

That makes absolutely no sense.

How humans came about doesn't change anything about what humans currently are.

The vast majority of humans have no problems accepting the facts and explanatory models of modern biology. Yet none of them feels triggered by that to migrate to africa and walk around naked.

What a strange thing to say......

Sure it makes sense.
Adam and Eve did not wear clothes until they learned they were naked.
If we came about that way then there we the have the why of wearing clothes.
If we had evolved we would not wear clothes because we would know nothing about being naked and would be just like all the other animals who do not wear clothes.
If I believed I evolved, being the originalist that I am, I would not wear clothes and would live in a warm place like my ancient mammalian parents.

Sure it makes sense.

It does not. If it made any sense, then the billions of humans who accept modern biology would draw a similar conclusion. And yet, NONE do. Take a hint.

just-so stories = not a "why" answer at all.

If we had evolved we would not wear clothes because we would know nothing about being naked and would be just like all the other animals who do not wear clothes.

I think it's funny how you try to argue against evolution by ignoring evolution.
The word "evolve" implies change. Change in physical makeup, change in psych, change in behavior.

If I believed I evolved, being the originalist that I am, I would not wear clothes and would live in a warm place like my ancient mammalian parents.

And you would be all by yourself.

The way you replied reads caustic to me so I will avoid this conversation.

"caustic"? I don't know what you mean by that.

I raised a serious point though.

If what you said "makes sense" - as in, it is a reasonable conclusion (= walk around naked and move to a warm climate) that logically follows from the premise (= humans evolved) - then how do you explain that NONE of the billions of humans who accept modern biology draw that conclusion?

Literally none.

So how can you maintain that your conclusion "makes sense" or is "logical" in any way?

Not none, I am one. That is enough for me. But I would at least convince one female to go with me so I could get totally natural.

The Theory of Evolution suggests, that we have come from apes. Not parallel to apes, not among the apes!!!

You really do not have a clue about the theory of evolution or taxonomic classification when you make a statement like this. Humans are classified under the order primate and of the family Hominidae and the subfamily homininae which the great apes. So you are one of the apes of this world.

No, you are not. You do not accept modern biology.
I submit that if you would get educated on the subject, you'ld accept it AND you'ld instantly realize also how nonsensical your statement here is.

I present 100% of those who accept modern biology as evidence of that proposition, since NONE, literally NONE, of them drew that conclusion.

You would not. Just like 100% of people who accept evolution do not.

BTW: you still haven't answered the question. How do you explain that literally NONE of the people who accept evolution, draw this crazy conclusion, which you consider "logical" and "sensical"?
How come literally nobody who accepts evolution agrees with that?

Could it perhaps be that yours is just a statement deeply rooted in ignorance?

I find your comments caustic and contentious, I will not reply.

Hey man, whatever you wish to call it when someone slaps you with the facts of reality and thereby shows you that your reasoning isn't logical.

To me though, this just sounds like you running away in an attempt to avoid having to admit the obvious.

So whatever idd...

Have fun.

You can think that if you want to, obviously.

Well it's true, isn't it?

I asked a straightforward question. And we both know that the answer to said question will expose how your statement isn't reasonable at all.

It if were even a little reasonable, then at least some people who accept evolution would do as you say.
Instead, the number of people who do so, is absolute zero.

I think it's extremely reasonable to ask you why you think this is so, if you are so convinced that your statement is sensical.
If it is, it would logically follow that other people would draw the same conclusion.

But nobody does. Why?

Oh my you do have a dilemma festering in your brain. You have evolved from a different species yet you can neither accept it or understand it. This is a problem for you isn't it. Clothes were a tool invented by our ancestors human or not. There is at least some evidence that Neanderthals had some evidence for covering themselves which we call clothes. Humans adapted clothes for survival as predicted by the evolutionary theory. Sorry to tell you this, I know it may be hard for you to accept but when you do you will understand.

That really is my whole point.
Of course I see the issue from the way I look at the same things.

That is because you view is not objective. Looking at the evidence without preconceived notions allows you to see what has transpired on this earth. The evidence over time has changed the way we see life and its origins and the evidence not the opinion shows we evolved from from another species from the past.

Sometimes I am almost convinced that there actually are some people who evolved from other species.
It is not a matter of "can". Anyone that reasons rationally and honestly has to accept the theory of evolution just as one has to accept the theory of gravity. Some people work very hard to keep themselves uneducated so that they can deny evolution without openly lying.
Well, there are some people who almost convince me that they evolved from another species.
