Oral Sex

Hi Lyndon. Good morning. Homosexual relations are tō'ē'bā according to the Bible and if you’re defending homosexuality, you’re defending everything that is wrong about sex, I hope you understand that. Who shall inherit the Kingdom of Yahweh. 1 Corinthians 6:9 clearly says: "Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of Yahweh? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men...shall inherit the kingdom of Yahweh."
That passage also condemns "revilers," yet here you are reviling what you don't understand (or are jealous of - I'm still trying to figure out your motivation).

God has no obsession for sex, humans do.
It's sad really, with all the other things people could be doing to help other people instead of helping themselves.
The God that @Messianic Israelite describes - the one who has a list of sex acts he approves of and ones he disapproves of, and who watches people while they sleep without their consent to evaluate what sort of sex they're having - certainly sounds like he's obsessed by sex to me.

Many teens don’t believe oral sex counts as sex
Sex is meant for babies alone (that's how parents brainwashed them hoping not becoming grandparents too soon)

Oral stimulation = no babies = no sex
Smart kids

There is no such God as he describes.
As I am sure you know, the Bible can be used to say anything people want it to say, to suit their personal agenda.

The God I believe in only requires that people who have sex are married, He does not monitor the activities they engage in. God has better things to do.

According to my beliefs, the Kingdom of God is coming to earth, but it won't be Jesus who brings it.

No one can agree on God. Has it ever occured to you that if there were one true God, there wouldn't be so much disagreement on who he is? Everyone worships a different god, because everyone's imagination is slightly different.

It is a mystery to me that adults have no problems giving good advice about the dangers of drugs and alcohol, but for some reason struggle to give advice to the rising generation about sex.
As far as I can tell, this problem can be traced to the prevalence of religiously motivated abstinence-only sexual "education" in the US.

The reason people do not agree is because humans have free will, so people can choose to cling to their religions just because they like them, not even wondering if they are the religion God wants them to adhere to.

God does not interfere with human free will, He just lets people believe what they want to believe. God is probably biding His time because God knows that in the future there will be only one religion, since that is what God has ordained.

“That which the Lord hath ordained as the sovereign remedy and mightiest instrument for the healing of all the world is the union of all its peoples in one universal Cause, one common Faith.” The Summons of the Lord of Hosts, p. 91

Here is a paradox that should trouble the parent of any teenagers. Back in 2000 there was a study done that showed that whilst the number of teens that say they are sexually abstinent is on the rise, so is the number that have had oral sex. Many teens don’t believe oral sex counts as sex and this problem has been growing below the radar of many sex educators and clueless parents. I am going to refer to some studies done in 2000 as this is what I have access to. The study showed that since 1988, the number of boys aged between 15 – 19 who have received oral sex from a female had risen from 13% to 49.5% in the U.S. That means that even back in the year 2000, half of the country had already engaged in oral sex.

It is a mystery to me that adults have no problems giving good advice about the dangers of drugs and alcohol, but for some reason struggle to give advice to the rising generation about sex. In particular, advocates of so called comprehensive sexual education are giving mixed messages with deadly results. Whilst they theoretically advocate abstinence, they also push for widespread distribution of contraceptive devices under the assumption that kids will be sexually active and therefore need protection.

I have never engaged in and never will engage in oral sex. It is perverted sex. I know the right way and wrong way to have sex from the Law and the Word from passages such as Romans 1. And I shouldn’t have to say anything, but I feel here on RF we’re missing some core issues that need to be addressed in today’s society. If you have engaged in this or thinking about doing so you need to ask yourself why. I can’t answer that for you. Perhaps you are watching something you have no business watching, perhaps you’re involved in pornography or perhaps it’s people that you are listening to that are leading you on. Whatever the case, Yahshua’s message is the same: repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand.

It’s disgusting. And for people who are seeking a holy way of life (Leviticus 19:2), this sort of sex shouldn’t even be named among those who call themselves believers. In the Kingdom of Yahweh that is coming, all such acts will be outlawed. Relationships will flourish and the husband and the wife will have true love for one another and respect each other.

I know many people have no problem with pride marches and demonstrations. Homosexuals will try to tell you that any form of sex is good sex. No it isn’t. Satan has his system and oral sex is part of his domain, not Yahweh’s domain. I still regard myself as a young person, but I have to say, the older that I get the more I see that Yahweh’s Laws are for our psychological wellbeing. They stop us from making major mistakes in life if we obey all of them. Not in the sense that following the Word doesn’t have problems - it does. Persecution is one of them. But we have the strength that comes from prayer and encouraging words from the Word to help us deal with those things. Troubling psychological fallout from giving oral sex can make girls feel exploited and they do it to be popular or make boys happy. Girls may become bitter against boys or choose not to date them and some may choose to date those of the same gender instead.

I can’t change the world but my hope and prayer is that Yahweh’s Kingdom would come soon so that people would learn what true love really means and enjoy the happiness and peace that comes from keeping the Law.
Its a way messed up situation. Your coworkers are likely just talking smack, just telling each other whoppers whatever is most horrible and impressive sounding about sex. What a person needs to do really is rethink their employment, or its just going to get worse. Don't get the idea that sexual positions are the cause.

It sounds like your coworkers love messing about verbally. Its common for (rough) men hanging together to lie sometimes about their sexual exploits. Its not for female ears. Extremely religious people are outcasts and don't have any clue about it. In a way we grow up so isolated and don't know how to tell whoppers, but its a skill. The talk of coworkers is nonsense verbiage and verbal porn, and the person with the OP is stuck in a job where they have to learn to either ignore it or join in or complain or leave. Those are their options.

I think its financially smarter just to blend in, but going along with it goes against their conscience and leaving is a pay cut.. Complaining to management is potentially problematic. Leaving means finding other work. I'm not going to advise either way. People blather and compete to say the most outrageous things. Maybe that is what is happening at work.

As for pride marches and gay things that is entirely separate. Its not even related. Jewish laws about sex include cutting of the penis and are quite stringent. They are not universal. Just because Jews don't do it doesn't mean its some kind of monstrous evil.

Christians are under even more constraints if we go by scripture. We're supposed to spend ALL of our time doing good works. Who does that?

I understand sexual chastity is not popular among a lot of people these days. I understand many teenagers don't care about chastity or waiting until marriage for sex. So I understand their decisions to have sex. But it baffles me how those, including in my faith, who believe in sexual morality and abstinence think that oral sex is not sex.

Yes, but since many of us regard the Bible for what it truly appears to be -- a book written by human beings long, long ago -- we don't care what it says about sex. Just as we don't care what it says about computers, television, fast cars and space travel. Which is to say nothing, because unlike any putative "god," they couldn't even imagine such things.

Your religion doesn't mean anything to me, and consequently your opinions about what other people do with their private lives is also without worth to me.

The idea that the same being upon whom all of existence depends is also upset that we're doing sex different from the instruction manual is daft beyond pardody.

Caring about how and when each mortal existence starts and ends is perfectly consistent with being the being upon whom all existence depends. Mortal existence is triggered by sex. Why would one be daft to think this being upon whom all existence depends gives us rules on how to use the very power of existence that fulfills the purposes of this being upon whom all existence depends? In fact it could be daft to not see the connection.
