So, how do you think it got originated, then? One can't just start a car and drive 100MPH, one still have to accelerate. Some guy started to rock the hat and it became popular, that's my bet.
Are you making a claim or a question?

Kuffi hats cover entire head.

I am a mirror of you. :)

What is your point? Some kippah hats cover the entire head and actually look similar to kuffi hats.
This is also a kippah..as you can see it covers the entire head.

Stop judging people's intentions and focus on yourself.

"To judge one’s intention is to belittle him, and to belittle him is a form of pride, and to have an atoms worth of pride in your heart is enough to forbid you from entering paradise." ( shaykh Omar Suleiman)

This shows how unique i am.
Stop judging people's intentions and focus on yourself.

How do you expect a guy to reflect on himself when his questions already throw away any veil of non-bias by themselves?

I.E His questions cause people to doubt his mental ability. And he doesn't understand it. How do you expect him to understand any of his own faults when all he does on this forum is criticize people for doing the same things his religion does, only because they are not his religion?

At list I agreed with you on something. Did you agree with me on this theory? Didn't you give me 0.00% chance that there is a connection between the hat and the bald spot? At list 50/50, don't you think so?
I still give you a 0% chance that there is a connection.

Sikhs wear turbans. Some people are bald. Maybe they wear turbans because they are bald.

Actually, Sikhs wear turbans because their mums all had lots of extra dressmaking fabric that they didn't want to go to waste.

It's just coincidence rather than anything with religious symbolism.

I mean, Sovietchild is the perfect example of a person with poor self-esteem. Rip on other people for doing things his religion takes for granted. Hypocritical at best, sinful at worst.

I don't understand some of you people here. How can a kipa hat not be a clever idea?

This is not what I am talking about, let's concentrate on the real hat subject.

By the way, one of us is surely belittling people here because I'm only pointing out how clever it is to come up with a tool to cover up a bald spot, and make themselves look younger. ;)

No, you're pissing people off by repeating a nonsense idea over and over again that you won't drop.

Sovietchild, you are wrong. Accept it and create another stupid thread about something else equally ridiculous.

Does what you want from me sound fair?

Well, in that case the crusifixtion cross always been religious.

And, for the kipa hat, it never was religious, it became religious. Just like the westen wall, it never was religious, it became religious. The Israel community had never previously shown any particular interest in the portion of the wall.

One does not relate to the other. Not everything is connected to each other.

A Jewish friend of mine explained that this skullcap is a sign of modesty, a way to tell God you are not vain. The vanity would be for the many who have pride in a handsome head of hair, a status symbol in many cultures. Looking from above, everybody's hair is equal when concealed by this skullcap

I think your friend made that up. The Talmud explains the reason for it: to remind a person that G-d is above.
