The son of god?

GodS, if you please. Plural. Polytheism.

And no, not to any super-serious degree. Such matters simply don't interest me much, simply because... well, there's not really anything to talk about. Nobody knows if consciousness survives death, and if it does, what it experiences. We can't know.

Not all. Some are sisters. Others are neither, but still siblings. :p

At least in the Kindred of Mother Earth's children.
that's a very large heart you have there.....

but Man without a spiritual Entity (afterlife) is a mystery that ends in dust.
and the rest of the universe is off limits

I believe there is One greater than all others....it stands to reason
that One is the Almighty....self explanatory
Spirit first.
as we stand before heaven.....peace first

Never said I got along with my siblings at all times. Have you read any of the Old Stories?

but Man without a spiritual Entity (afterlife) is a mystery that ends in dust.

Nope. Haven't you ever seen the Lion King?

"But Dad, don't we eat the antelope?"
"Yes, Simba, but let me explain. When we die, our bodies become the grass, and the antelope eat the grass. So, we're all connected in the great Circle of Life."

Kind of an oversimplification, but it's still very much what happens. Things aren't linear, but cyclical. Death is the Mother of Life.

and the rest of the universe is off limits

Considering just how BIG it is, I don't really see that as a problem.

headed in the wrong direction.
brotherhood is more to whom you are willing to stand alongside.

Judas?....Hitler?.....brothers to you?.......or just friends?

If Jesus is the one Christians potray him, id say any sinner would be a brother if, for example, hitler so wished. Hitlernwas christian. Maybe jesus can help him to repent not throw him to the wolves

Why are many christians uncomfortable with life ending in dust?

Logically, thats the most we Know about death is the end of body functions and turning to ashes.

All the spiritual beliefs are just that Beliefs. Not a bad thing, jusr misplaced.

Not what I meant. The body only becomes ash when it's cremated, and even then, the organic components can still fertalize.

Otherwise, the body is consumed by microscopic organisms (or larger creatures in some cases). Decomposition isn't a bad thing.

True. Its not. Why are christians uncomfortable with that fact of life? Why beliefs over facts?

why are nonbelievers so driven to make denial?
having to deal with Someone Greater?

we know our own faults.
and maybe.....standing in the Shadow of an Almighty is uncomfortable.

I don't believe all of life will cross over into the spirit.
you have to want it.....and prepare for it

I don't. Sure, I don't wanna die anytime soon, but I do NOT wanna live forever. GODS, that sounds TORTUROUS.

I would be busy for the next 7billion years.....at least!

Thats not my question and point. It has nothing to do with atheism.

Some--atheist may be in denial others know what you say is false.

That does not mean its a bad thing. Why do some christians put down atheism so much as if the atheist for some reason to them have an issue with a nonexisting creator?

Most atheists I read here have issues with theists claims. The atheist I met face to face the other day didnt jusrify her reasons to be irriligious. Her country many people dont have a religion.

Why are christians uncomfortable with that fact of life? Why beliefs over facts?

Be a bit open minded

The son of god?

Who is the wife of God who gave birth to her son? Mary was not wife unto God:

[112:1]In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
[112:2]Say, ‘He is Allah, the One;
[112:3]‘Allah, the Independent and Besought of all.
[112:4]‘He begets not, nor is He begotten;
[112:5]‘And there is none like unto Him.’

Sorry but the validity of both your holy text is equal until further evidence for either is presented.

IF

Now I have a question for you.

What if you died and met the greek gods? Or the Norse gods? Or Allah?

All the spiritual beliefs are just that Beliefs. Not a bad thing, just misplaced.

Even Adam at death ' returned ' to the dust of the ground - Genesis 3:19
A person can Not ' return ' to a place he never was before.
So, Adam went from non-life, to life, and went back to non-life.
No post-mortem penalty for Adam or anyone else.
Jesus had beliefs/ spiritual beliefs.
Jesus taught only sleep in death - John 11:12-14
Jesus was well educated in the old Hebrew Scriptures which also teach unconscious sleep in death:
- Psalms 115:17; Psalms 146:4; Daniel 12:2; Daniel 12:13; Ecclesiastes 9:5
So, Jesus based his beliefs on his logical reasoning on the old Hebrew Scriptures. Does Not seem misplaced, but 'in place' because of harmony between the Bible writers.
