Both (together). Well, I'm assuming your ketchup tastes like what we call tomato sauce in Australia. The two blended with oil and lemon juice and a small splash of balsamic vinegar is pretty damn nice.
If I had to choose it would depend on what food it was being eaten with.
Do you prefer seeded old-style mustard or the smooth paste ?

The prepared mustard off the shelf is nasty. If you make up your own fresh, with just plain cold water and ground mustard seeds, it's pretty good. I prefer horseradish over mustard, however.Mustard is nasty.
