Trump Attacks Pelosi & Mueller In France

Unbelievable:

Trump insults Mueller and Pelosi at U.S. military cemetery in France

Just before his speech honoring military veterans at a ceremony commemorating the 75th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy, France, President Trump gave an interview marked by insults directed toward the speaker of the House and former special counsel Robert Mueller.

Speaking to Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, Trump called the former special counsel a “fool” and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi a “disaster.”

“Let me tell you, he made such a fool out of himself,” Trump said of Mueller, speaking at a cemetery where more than 9,300 American soldiers who died in World War II are buried.

Mueller is a decorated Marine veteran of the Vietnam War, in which President Trump did not serve, and which he described in an interview on British television as a “terrible war” and “very far away.”...

“Nancy Pelosi, I call her ‘Nervous Nancy,’ Nancy Pelosi doesn’t talk about it,” the president said. “Nancy Pelosi is a disaster, OK? She’s a disaster. And let her do what she wants. You know what? I think they’re in big trouble.”

Pelosi, who was also in Normandy for the D-Day commemoration, declined to respond.

And then he was off to enjoy lunch with his third wife and four of his five children before heading back to his golf course in Ireland to play a round and show Ireland's PM Varadkar his plans for the U.S.-Mexico border Wall which he had flown over to show off.

Senile old fool airing his dirty laundry in Normandy.
I was listening to a report last night whereas it was said that he's acting like a rude buffoon there as he kept cutting people off in conversation and also attacked Merkel on NATO payments even though that was not part of any agenda. And the Brits generally can't stand him as he has only a 21% approval rating in the UK, plus the P.M. of Ireland refused to meet him at Trump's gold course in Ireland, so they met at Shannon instead.

His family should take him home.

The interview was not about D Day, it was a political interview.

Trump doing what Trump does. Pelosi does her share of it as well. Mueller is too professional to respond.

Trump is a destroyer of the status quo on every level. It will never change.

Love him or hate him, he marches to his own drummer and doesn´t care what others think.

He has been the catalyst that brought the simmering, to this point, non violent civil war out from under the covers and exposed it for all to see.

This could be good, or very bad, time will tell

As shameful as it is, it's certainly nothing new. In fact, I'm sure most everyone was expecting him to insult someone or the other.

please make him go home.png

Your probably correct, and I had a lot of confidence in Trump that he'd again make a fool of himself before it was all over. He's a human wrecking-ball to our foreign relations with our allies-- but Putin loves him and Trump loves Putin-- a match made in hell, imo, and I don't even believe in hell. :emojconfused:

Definitely not with Pelosi, as she's both intelligent and moral enough to know that you don't argue domestic politics outside our own border. Even Graham criticized Trump for doing that earlier on.

 I don't see how it's a moral issue. Everything either one of them says goes out to the entire world anyways. So what does it matter where they are when they say it.

When I saw the thread title, I got my hopes up Trump had finally dug himself a hole so deep in the Earth even he can't get out of it.

It's based on the long standing tradition that we not do this, and for Trump to do this on the day to commemorate the loss of thousands of lives is just blatantly immoral, imo, because it's self-serving.

I'm so tempted to jump on the "anyone but Trump" bandwagon because he's a serious embarrassment and disgrace, and fundamentally incapable of letting something that isn't about him go on not being about him.

If insulting a gold star family didnt, I dont think anything will. We get to see how he tells his supporters what is and what isnt an insult to the troops, and they believe him.
