Troublemane Explains the Folly of the HEALTHCARE BILL

If you believe so strongly in the bill then you shouldn't have to worry about any "blame." You believe it is a good, flawless deal, right? If you are right and there will be no ill effects then what are you worried about? Or are you admitting that the bill is ridiculous and will contribute greatly to the financial collapse of this country?

That is one hell of a deflection. Well done.

Actually, the funniest part is that I even implied that I don't particularly like the bill. I implied that it has problems, and that many of those problems were caused by the democrats watering it down to try to get republicans support.

However, it's far from ridiculous and it's not going to contribute to the financial collapse of this country. The country will be fine financially. At worst this wouldn't hurt us any more than the two ridiculous wars we have going on do.

Even though Republican support was not necessary for the bill to pass. Put the blame where it belongs. The truth is, it is a crappy bill because Democrats could not agree on a single payer system.

So using your logic, one could continue making bad fiscal decisions indefinitely without harm to our countries financial condition?

I believe you want the United States to go bankrupt. It is part of the plan right?

The demise of the EVIL CAPITALIST SYSTEM.

Sure, that's part of it. And yet, we still would have gotten a much better bill, if they hadn't tried to appease the republicans. I'm putting the blame where it belongs, mostly on the republicans.

Nope, try again.

Yup, you caught me.

The demise of the EVIL CAPITALIST SYSTEM.

Again, you caught me. I hate capitalism. I want a communist state. I definitely don't like having a free market at all with some regulations to make sure things don't go down the *****er like they just did. Yup, I want a completely communist state because it's either communism or capitalism. There's no middle ground.

To state this bill wasn`t watered down in a futile attempt to appease the GOP base is disingenuous.

Why is it always black or white..all or nothing with you Rick?

You do know life is full of pretty shades of grey right..right?

Gee look at that, "evil socialism" is already at work:

WellPoint says to stop dropping patients after May 1 - Yahoo! News--

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – WellPoint Inc said that as of May 1 it would expedite healthcare reforms and stop dropping healthcare coverage for customers after they get sick, responding to pressure from Democrats in Congress and the Obama administration.

Yes, I can see why now we should have done what tea partiers and the GOP wanted, and vehemently not have passed this bill.
