Things that scare the crap out of you

Spiders
Heights
Talking to strangers (I know, I should have outgrew that one about 35 years ago.)
Grasshoppers (I kid you not).

Are we going for things that repulse?
Or situations that we don't have good training for?

Spiders are repulsive but they don't have that unreasonable fear drive I see in other people.
I mean I don't like them, but I can deal with it.

Bad neighborhoods scare me more....but I'm a black belt and might have the sense to find a suitable 'device' to carry.

But we all respond to that sudden reflex....like someone with a Halloween mask playing a prank.

should have seen my kids take off back to the car that one trick or treat night.
Someone playing scarecrow 'got'em good.

I get the heebie jeebies when someone makes a long & detailed response to my post, & a rebuttal is in order.

Losing the other testicle in another lawn mower racing accident.
That porn clip I made with David Carradine getting on the net.
Revoltistanian Lobster Bisque (made with the oddly named 'Sewer Lobster')
Co-workers who say 'libary' or 'irregardless'.
Flotsam, but not jetsam.
That during the surgery to remove my tumour I died and this is the dream I had while it was happening. That one's real. I wish I had never seen 'Jacob's Ladder'.

Rejection (from anyone).
Dying and having no one care (like those people whom no one attends their funeral).
The idea of drowning or burning (two of the most horrible ways to die, IMO).

Mine are a little more extreme than some.

4 years under Hillary Clinton.

Other than that, I don't really have fears, per se.

Not being good enough.
Social interaction is pretty scary at times.
Dont like heights and flying (as a result of not liking heights).

To fear Hilary is like dreading a particular wasp storming out of the nest to sting you.
4 years under anyone who secures a nomination from the Big Two is scary.

Other fears:
Surgury
Dental work
Eye exams
An angry Mrs
IRS audits
Trailer accident
Ticks
