Rules of the game:
The member will supply a photo.
Next, you make up some humorous caption that goes with the photo.
After lets say.. 7 captions by the participating members the one who posted the photo will choose a winner. if its more comfortable we can say, that after 3 days, or a week you can choose a winner, in case members dont keep track of the 7 captions count. we'll see as it goes along.
The winner will supply another photo, the winner will then pick the next winner from the next 7 entries.
