It's desert area,the rain is rare ,maybe once in three months !Now that is really cool. You said rare....how many times in the last, say, 100 years has this happened??? Does this cause harm to the vegetation?
I add new oneSorry I was having trouble figuring out if the tall objects were chimneys above ruins or towers above low level buildings. I was leaning towards ruins but thanks for the clarification that it is the city
