Should We Defend Iran Against An Israeli Attack?

Leaving aside whether the US "should" defend Iran against Israel, from a practical, realistic standpoint there's no way a US President will send US troops to die in defense of Iran at all, let alone at the hands of Israelis.
Shouldn't have to send troops. The US can snap its fingers and Israel will do what it's told.

You may be right. Either way though, I don't see a US president siding with Iran over Israel....at least not anytime soon.

Obama sided with Iran over Israel's objections when he lifted the sanctions.

Of course the US won't defend Iran...or do anything
to rein in Israel's bloody ambitions. The thread is
about "should".

And again, Israel contemplates attacking Iran....
