I wrote that poem when I was un-medicated! Wrote over 200 of them in fact ...

I don't really have magic powers to practice for hours - that was just a nice line to use in the poem :)

The REAL miracle is being able 2 transform negative thoughts & feelings into positive ones - still very much a work-in-progress.
