Reality Check

The reality is, Trump is President of the United States. To be frank, I do not know what Hillary or her dead-end supporters think they are going to accomplish trying to wreck Christmas or make any impact over Trump’s win or his power in office – they will accomplish nothing. They may raise the anger of Trump’s millions of supporters and Trump himself and his cabinet to specifically “go after” Hillary and frankly her dead-end supporters as well. I am not saying this would be good – but I predict if the dead-enders keep going way off the farm into literal cult like attitude this may very well happen and believe me Trump is very capable of dealing out the same medicine to them that was dealt out by the IRS etc from Obama to others. What comes around, goes around.

Trump can, and is, getting along with the socialists just fine, he is working with a broad spectrum – it is only these dead-ender Hillary fanatics who frankly are now irrelevant that are going into a bizarre cult like state. If it continues, I predict it isn’t going to end well for them at all.

The world isn’t perfect, and never will be. Trump isn’t Jesus Christ or Buddha. He is more like Yamaraj to tell the truth. Also people like John McCain are about to get a real dose of a reality check. And it won’t be coming from the Russians, no matter how loud he yells “The Russians are coming! The Russians are coming!”. This is also going to backfire, and all sorts of Chinese and Iranian connections are going to be found out that is going to make this crowd look real, real bad.

Also the entire world is realigning. China is still hugely powerful, but the fact is the US is going to reindustrialize and again become extremely powerful, as well as India, Russia. In fact, we are going to probably see all three working together whether folks like it or not. The US will also build strong trade with – you got it – England and the UK. Germany is increasingly going to be at risk of self-imploding. You will probably also see France turn to the right, and become a player.

Anyway, that’s my two cents. I could be wrong.

Ya, that struck me as being odd as well.

A bit rabid, but overall, I tend to agree with @ShivaFan

That said, I don't think anything could wreck President-elect Trump's Christmas this year.

My guess is that he is still pinching himself to make sure it's all real. Then again, he would probably have an official pincher and wouldn't have to do it himself. That's only for the little people.

Honestly, I'm not totally sure what the point of the op is, but as probably one of the most truly a - political people you'll ever encounter, I'm just as equally flabbergasted by trump being the next president as I am by people thinking that hillary would have been any better. I don't know what the ultimate effect would have been with either of them being president, but they seem to be equally cartoonish to me as leader of our country.

It's like people being passionately vehement about a Beavis vs. Butt-Head election. It's a farce played out in reality, given weight because of the prize, but it doesn't change the fact that it's still two cartoons competing for the right to lead the free world.

I almost entirely agree.
The one point of difference is that Hillary isn't cartoonish...she's more of a still life.
But she did have her one moment of coming to life....

Why is this in the capitalist section?
It's one forum where everyone can post.
Why, you ask?
It has to do with RF definitions.
Of course, capitalists can post here.
But so can socialists (& I see at least one now).
How, you ask again?
RF includes "state capitalism", eg, the old Soviet Union.
But they're socialist, you protest.
Yes....so socialism is capitalism.

I learned of this from a socialist (no longer here) who justified her posting here for that reason.

Let me ask it another way. What is it concerning the OP suggests the topic is about Capitalism?
