Karl jung is a good spot to start. Joseph campbell is another.Honesty, the following post may be harsh, but it may be for your own good too:
Some of this paranormal stuff, not all, may possibly be real. But some people use it to escape into a fantasy world. I have before too, quite honestly. I think the paranormal must be approached with an ounce of caution and two ounces skepticism. I'm willing to discuss a bit more about these subjects in these threads, and with more patience than I have shown in the past toward them. I can write long posts about it and link articles or show some of my previous posts on the subject. But eventually we are led to questions such as "Why believe demons impregnant women?"
Why this is important is the subject of the paranormal can be a bit harmful if not properly understood. It happens with people like faith healers who think they are sometimes helping but are actually causing problems.
So with all explained conditions aside, I might be able to help somewhat on your pursuit in the rabbit-holes of the subject of the paranormal. But need to give us somewhere to start.

The point is, demons are very real and they can harass and attack people in a physical way....as Jesus demonstrated when he was on earth......what they cannot do now, is materialise, which is something they did in the days of Noah and they did impregnate women and produced freakish children who cause no end of trouble at that time. (Genesis 6) They forced God to do something drastic.
That's nice. There are no more "freakish children" who cause trouble. So, that means demons can no longer "materialise".

I'm glad you're OK.Demons can physically attack people.....I know, because I have experienced them trying to enter my body.

What???? These offspring were the product of rebellious spirits and human women.....they were not sons of Adam and so they had no right to exist. They were not of God's creation and they were evil to their core. Not one of them was considered worthy of saving.
After the flood, demons are not spoken of as materialized humans again....faithful angels are as they delivered instruction from God to men like Abraham and Lot. Gabriel materialized to Daniel and also to Mary.
The demons can possess people and inanimate objects, but they cannot manipulate matter to become material beings anymore. This is what we believe "Tartarus" is...a state of restriction, and spiritual darkness....not an actual location...and certainly not "hell".
I think its best to hope in God even in these situations and not get obsessed with ''paranormal' I think demons would like you to be obsessed with them instead of God.
In a tragedy it's better look to God for help and hope even in the pain and difficulties.
Gabriel didn't materialize, he appeared.
The Scripture NEVER says angels materialize, instead it says that they appear by the eyes of men being opened to see them.
And furthermore, God's angels are immortal, meaning they NEVER die. Which means they NEVER sin.
You ought to stop making things up. Really.
