Hey guys, I was looking around for a place where I can explore my drive to have compelling conversation with different people. So I guess its time to get started.
Right now I am exploring different epistemologies. I know solipsists, flat earthers and even one person who doesn't believe corn specifically is real. Im not looking to break down beliefs, but rather how they got to them. Though I disagree with them, I think it's important to understand them. Is there something there you would be interested in engaging with me about?what's the topic du jour?
Ugh but atheists are the least fun people, we don’t want to talk to them.Hey guys, I was looking around for a place where I can explore my drive to have compelling conversation with different people. So I guess its time to get started.
Oh ya, My friends make it very clear that me and my other very atheistic friend are hard to handle But hopefully we can all have fun either way.Ugh but atheists are the least fun people, we don’t want to talk to them.
Welcome. I just started a day ago and I’ve had a blast. But you have to watch out for revolt he’s a hairy one to deal with.
I love to talk morality. To give you the short version, I use the very basic label that most totally non religious people I know personally use which is "secular humanist" to address morality.well maybe. what would you say your own moral bedrock is? there are a lot of discussions around here about whether morality can be objective or not. I think that the moral relativist has an unbeatable stance from a debate perspective, but relativism doesn't do anything for me. so my approach is to build my morality from a set of core values.
anything along those lines worth discussing?
Is there a specific tenant to which you base your morality on?
My bad. I thought about that probably 20 seconds after I hit send. Thanks for catching it.Tenet.
Sorry, it's just that I've seen that misuse about three times already today.

I'm having great fun when I am gnawing on the arm of a theist. What would Baby Eating Day be like without theists? Think of the kittens!Oh ya, My friends make it very clear that me and my other very atheistic friend are hard to handle But hopefully we can all have fun either way.

If you have any wisdom on encouraging multi-generational conversation, I would love to hear it.
