Well, if you read The Bible, creation was all by Jehovah. Therefore, he made the viruses too.

Satan in The Bible just tried to give the thought-slaves of Eden a crash course in free will. He seems generous by comparison.

Of course, there is the non-scholarly Satan that Christians typically believe in that has nothing to do with the biblical references at all and is a product of works of fiction. But, who's splitting hairs?
