Why did you post the thread about Charles Darwin in a restricted thread category?

I wondered how many non-theists had actually taken the time to consider the work of an individual that basically is responsible for scientific worldview vs. people like me who haven't been versed in Darwin but arrived at agnosticism or some other non-faith through thinking for themselves.

(which I've discovered in the last year or so that I have a brain, eyes, and ankles that don't communicate well, leading to such effects). While that's a potential cause of the sensation, I'm not sure how that would impact your experience of meditation... hope this helps!

sorry, have to send this in chunks...The sensation is almost always accompanied by a twitching movement in my eyes, which ranges from very slow and mild to very quick and extreme. I am told that this is called Nystagmus, and is related to balance

Hello, RedDragon! I don't have membership in the Dharmic forum (and I haven't read all the replies to your OP), but I do have an observation about your experience of spinning while meditating. I experience this, but not just while meditating, but most any time sitting or laying awake and still with my eyes closed.

Okay look, I am sorry I pissed you off by asking a question on that one thread and calling you worthless. That was in poor taste. But you are obviously goading me right this minute. Your tone is obviously an ill-mannered one. What do you want?

right now, i'm reading cotton mather, "on witchcraft". I'm also soon to read Buckland"s Complete Book of Witchcraft. I think that those are a good place to start a nice little re-fresher course on things spiritual and mystic. Are you familiar with the story of barbara allen?
