I don't just mean a little disagreement, but how often do you get in an argument with your spouse or significant other on average. Just an estimate.
Is there a topic (s) that keeps coming back up.
We have worked together and lived under the same roof since 1995 and i think we have had one real argument in all that time and that was (dont you dare tell him) over something really trivial.
Our property consists of the main house, at the rear is a courtyard and then an outbuilding which, since we moved here has slowly been covered with ivy.
Its very pretty in summer, the ivy (and rest of the greenery) makes the courtyard feel like a distant, isolated oasis, in which i love to spend sultry summer afternoons with a book (or my tablet) and cool drink.
Towards the end of last summer Paul decided to remove the ivy without telling me. I caught him at it about 1/2 way through his self selected task.
The secret to our success in business and at home is talking, discussion and mutual agreement. We have often had disagreements, sometimes quite heated but nothing like that outburst that i still wont let him forget.
I dont think he will try doing anything else without consulting me first.
