Beautiful images, Terese. Only that the first image depicts Krishna and not Lord Balarama. Balarama was of fair color while Krishna was dark. That always prompted Krishna to ask Mother Yashoda as to why he was of a dark color.


"Yashomati maiya se bole Nandlala, Radha kyun gori, main kyu kala?"

Krishna Balarama are correctly depicted here. The dark one with flute is Krishna, the fair one with the plow is Balarama. The elder brother is listening to the younger one who plays flute. Only that Balaram has not been shown as sufficiently fair. Which is what tradition says.
