This thread is opened for the expose of Islam and Muslims. One could discuss people, the theology, men, women, hate, love, everything and anything they want. Its particularly opened because it is an avenue to discuss openly and avoid discussion of this topic in every single thread.

There are not many Muslims in this forum, but maybe one or two will respond.

    Thanks and Peace.

    @shunyadragon

I would like to discuss this statement of yours further: "I understand very well that many Islamic countries restrict, discriminate, persecute, conversion and often forbid conversion and membership under penalty of death of some religions such as the Baha'i Faith."

What are the "very many Islamic countries" you spoke of above?

    Thanks.

The thread title make me not want to post in here. I don't literally hate Islam - I just don't think it has any valid basis to claiming it is "correct" and accurately models reality. And in that light, I feel that a lot of the claims made and prescriptions proffered within the foundational text (just like with The Bible, or the Torah) aren't worth considering beyond a simple nod toward the ones that truly have obvious, societal utility (don't murder, don't steal, etc.)

Besides this, I dislike religion as a category of thing - not Islam specifically. I dislike all "A", so if we label Islam as "B" and "B" is some subset of "A", then yes, I dislike "B" as well. Not hate. It's just a nuisance at the moment. I will reserve hate for a time when someone tries to literally push it on me and oppress me with it. Until then, simple dislike will suffice.

Do you really believe that Mohammed took a ride to Heaven on a winged horse? And why do you dress your women like Batman?

Hmm. Very interesting. Since you mentioned "Kaffir" which I have no clue how you pronounce, what is the meaning of it? Please explain. It will be interesting.

Kufr or Kuf is the action. Kafir is the doer. Like "walk" and "walker".

Still What do you think that means? I ask since you brought it up, I wish to know what you think it means.

Hmm. Because it speaks to the sentiment of people.

Wrong understanding. I mean so far apart, its probably an understanding of an absolute alien to theology or maybe an understanding of a very layman type Muslim who shouts on the internet.

I advocate for any Muslim wanting to enter European Community soil to rip, in front of an officer, all pages where the Quran commands killing the unbelievers. Failing that, that he will be sent to wherever place he comes from. Where Allah providence will, without any doubt, and despite failing to do that until causing a lot of stress for us needing to take care of all His people, provide for them. So, Allah, wake up, and take care of your people, please.

Would you agree with that practice? If not, why not?

    Ciao

    Answer:
    Which people share that sentiment?
Are you one of the people who share that sentiment?

I believe it does not matter to the world what you hate but what God hates is a different matter.

Deut 12:31 You shall not worship the LORD your God in that way, for every abominable thing that the LORD hates they have done for their gods, for they even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods.

Well, I've had this question in the back of my mind. Does Islam have greater similarities to Judaism than Christianity or less?
Having been raised a Christian I can at least see it from that view point. I have no view point to gauge Islam vs Judaism.

What I hate about Islam? I suppose it is the same thing I hate about any religion. I hate other people thinking they have the authority to tell me what is necessary to believe about God.

Matt 10:22 and you will be hated by all for my name's sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.

I believe the concept is that a person should believe in Islam but my belief is that a person should be considered OK if he believes in God.

I believe both Judaism and Islam are law centered religions but Christianity is a grace centered religion when practiced correctly.

If Christians would blow themselves out killing women and children because of God, I would submit them to the same test. However, Christians, unlike Muslims, have been disciplined by the enlightenment, and are therefore become quite harmless.
