Luke 12:22-28
And He said to His disciples, "For this reason I say to you, do not worry about your life, as to what you will eat; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. "For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. "Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap; they have no storeroom nor barn, and yet God feeds them; how much more valuable you are than the birds!"
Are the birds of more value than the starving children throughout the world?
Does this scripture bother you at all?
Doesn't it seem like God provides for the Ravens their food better than humans in many cases?
God is asking for us to trust him yet leaves so many examples not to. Perhaps he favors Ravens over children in Haiti?
Do you find this scripture like many to be entirely symbolic? He didn't mean he would feed them literal food? Maybe the starving people are receiving their fill of Spiritual food? Maybe Trump's "****hole" countries are rich and we are poor (spiritually)?
