I don't even think of tea until I've downed at least 2 coffees so tea is an afternoon drink. I voted Assam because i like a stronger robust flavour. Though Ceylon has its good point too, its nicely refreshing.
Jasmine green tea has both beaten though.

But I like a blend of Assam with Darjeeling best - Darjeeling has more top notes.

To me, any tea with milk is an abomination.
I always take it black, but there are now some blends made for milk. Boyfriend likes it with milk.

Fortnum and Mason's Breakfast Blend for this pretentious Londoner. Despite being a blend, it's exclusively Assam.
Do love a Darjeeling later in the day, especially a first flush. 'Er indoors likes Japanese Hojicha, a roasted green tea.
I'm also partial to a PG Tips tea bag when I'm slumming it.
