Then the LORD said, "Put your hand inside your cloak." So Moses put his hand into his cloak, and when he took it out, the skin was leprous --it had become as white as snow.

We understand it to mean in his cloak since if he shoved his hand into his chest it would be fairly gruesome and lepresy would have been the least of his troubles.

It does not mean Cloak, you are aware the Bible was not originally written in American English but
are written in Phoenician and Greek.

There is a poetry used in those verses but you are unable to see it, due to that English translation filter you read, they was no actual leprosy, it's not a literal story , it is purely allegorical and you are ignoring TWO crucial words in the story.

Cloud and Snow .

Numbers 12:10
cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow

I'm sure there is allegorical meaning, but it's expressed through actual occurences. I don't know anything about lepresy but I'm guessing your dead flesh from lepresy looks white. And when Moses put his hand into his coat and pulled it back out, his hand was white, for whatever allegorical purpose of prophecy it had.

To answer OP, I think God is both male and female, and finds both genders attractive, and wants intimacy and to be one flesh with both men and women. If God has a sexuality, it probably better resembles bisexuality
