  • I liked the sense of history. Our flat was older than my whole country. Cornwall is also beautiful, so I miss that. I loved being a stone's throw from so many different and unique cultures and languages, as well as Ryan air ticket prices! There's not really anywhere to go in Canada for a short holiday except the woods or the mountains, or the US, which is too similar to Canada to make it worth a trip.
Hi Paul. The UK was tough. We both worked flat out full time for the council. Good jobs to get in Cornwall. But we lived in a tiny flat and couldn't save any money. I missed the elbow room. In Canada, we are both doing what we love, working for ourselves, and we're in pretty much the same situation, money wise. Happier though, with more free time. My hubby has no regrets. Our town is full of UK ex-pats and they're all pretty satisfied here. His brother is hoping to join us here.
Hi Paul,i'm good thanks,i might be a bit squiffy later depending how England do tonight in the European Championships and how many Beers i drink during the game :D.

    Cheers
    Robert
Thanks! I had a lot of fun doing it. We have another game coming soon. The music will be different - more Celtic-ish, since it's a wizard game.
I haven't really heard of any of those projects, although I think I might recall reading something about the Zeitgeist movement. I saw the movie, anyway.
Things are going extremely well. Thanks for asking. I've suddenly started to get a lot more gigs, both teaching and performing, and have been able to quit working at "jobs". I am over the moon. How are things with you?
I'm great! In the last year I've moved from country to city and getting used to a new life. Things are constantly changing atm.
I'm on RF almost every day. I guess that hasn't changed! I hope to see you here more often.
omg you're online! I've thought about you a few times over the last couple of days. How are you?
